Half the rental fee is due at time of booking, and the remainder of the rental fee (plus a $250 returnable security deposit) is due at check-in.
Though the weather is quite lovely in Coeur d'Alene during the summer, there are no refunds for inclement weather. Because we book this property up to six months (or more) in advance, we do require 60 day notice to be able to refund your deposit.
