The subject property is located in a modern well maintained condo with 24 hour reception/security. The apartment is on the ground floor facing north and is very handy for entry and exit. We found it clean, tidy, comfortable, and containing all mod cons. It's location in Long Beach is within easy walking distance of the many restaurants in Pine Avenue, and the Shoreline Village. Supermarkets are also within a short walk. We were both very pleased with the apartment which we had for a week, and facilities provided. This included the secure car parking below the building. We found David to be very helpful.

Wee rented this condo for business at the Convention Center. Having never been to Long Beach, we found the location absolutely excellent. Close to stores, restaurants, the Convention Center, Shore Villages, etc. We did not have a rental car so the location was perfect. We appreciated the early check in and late check out to accommodate our airline schedules. While the condo is a bit older than anticipated and could use some updating, it was comfortable and clean. The building personnel were excellent. There is one free parking space if needed, which is a huge plus for downtown Long Beach as most hotels charge up to $20 per day for parking. The wifi didn't work very well, there was not a strong signal in spite of having a router in the room. We had to be right on top of the router to get a strong enough signal to do business. Having a full kitchen was a huge plus, however they need to update the knives and some of the other amenities. For the price, the location alone was worth it. On the other hand, for the price, we would have liked to see a bit better amenities, such as one would find in a hotel room or a furnished suite.

Great place to get away. Spacious and quiet one bed/one bath condo. Close to many sightseeing attractions and within walking distance to the Pike and many restaurants. Nice pool/spa and exercise areas. I would reccommend this property if you need to stay near the downtown Long Beach area.

I stayed at this this condo to be near the convention center. It was just steps to the convention center. Public transportation was easy to use with the free red bus having a stop in front of the building. The unit was great, the bed comfortable. It had everything we needed. We arrived after midnight and had no problem with security letting us in. The owner was great at communicating with us. The unit was clean and well maintained. I would love to stay there again.

My son and I stayed at this condo while in Long Beach and it was so much better than a hotel. It was like a home away from home. The listing was very accurate and we found everything within the condo clean, well maintained and very quiet...which was nice at the end of a long day. The property owner was more than helpful with the process and very informative about Long Beach. The beach is a five minute walk and there are so many wonderful local places to eat...loved just walking to explore. If you are looking for a very nice place to stay, I highly recommend this rental. I would certainly stay here again when visitng Long Beach again.

For my work I travel all over the world Whenever I have the chance we try and rent apartments, doing so for the past 10+ years This apartment was one of the best places we ever rented. Everything is close by: Beach, restaurants, movie theaters, public transport, and supermarkets In the apartment you have all the amenities you can wish for (washer/dryer combination, fully equipped kitchen ) I stayed there for the duration of the job (March – November) and enjoyed every minute of being “Home” away from home. Whenever my work takes us back to this region I definitely will try and rent this apartment again

My wife and I stayed here for a month while in CA to pick up our adopted newborn. The condo was fabulous - just like being at home. Dave was super accomodating - very responsive to questions and phone calls. The staff at AQUA was uber friendly. And the location- WOW. We walked every where - out to eat, to grocery store, to marina, Pine Ave, The Pike, etc. We evn took the metro into LA to visit the downtown alleys for a little shopping expedition. We arrived Long Beach 8/13/09 for the National Faternal Order of Police Convention. We chose Dave's condo for 2 reasons. #1 - 5 minute walk to the convention center. #2 - Due to my daughter and I having dietary needs we needed a full kitchen to prepare meals. While my husband attended the convention during the day my teenagers and I walked to the beach, marina, shops and restaurants. The bedroom had a very comfortable mattress as well as the pull out sofa sleeper. Plenty of closet space for 4 people. Nice to be able to have a washer and dryer on site as well as your own parking space. The building has a beautiful patio area that can accommodate a small group. We had friends over for a cook out. They were pretty envious of our accommodations. We also did day trips to the San Diego Zoo, Disneyland and downtown LA. Any concerns or questions to be answered Dave was right there. He was very helpful. We were very happy with our stay and would consider renting again if we ever get to Long Beach again. Thank you Dave!!

Having lived in Long Beach for many years before our retirement ,we were very comfortable about returning and staying in one of the newer high rise condominiums downtown. The compact downtown is thriving with many restaurants, retail stores and a marvelous waterfront including an aquarium all of which are within walking distance to this unit. If you want to explore the rest of Long Beach including the extensive waterfront, the bus and light rail system is at your doorstep and easy to use. The condo, on the ground floor of the building is well described in the listing. It is a clean, quiet comfortable unit set up for two and well supplied for cooking and enjoying your stay in a modern, well constructed condo. The staff at the condo were helpful and cooperative . There is a well equipped gym and a small pool as well as spacious gardens for the use of the residents of the condo. Early in our stay we had a small problem with the garbage disposal. One call to the owner brought a quick solution with an assist of a local plumber. We would stay at this unit again without hesitation.

This condo was just what we were looking for in a rental. The location was easy walking to eating, shopping and the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed for an eight day stay. David was easy to work with and provided excellent instructions about parking, how to work everything and the local area. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We loved Utopia on 1st Street. We would recommend this to friends with no hesitation.

I was relocating to LA from Florida and used this upscale property as a base to search for a more permanent accommodation. The property was well furnished clean and exactly as described; minutes from the beach and an excellent entertainment area ( the Pike) as well as being handy for public transport. This would be an excellent base for the sightseer- 15 minutes from LA and Disney with other famous beach a short drive away.

This little apartment is the perfect place for us when I need to attend a conference at the Long Beach Convention Center. It's just a few minutes to walk back and forth, and we have so many more amenities than the hotel would provide. My husband enjoys staying there while I attend meetings. It's a great place to read and relax, and there are wonderful attractions to walk to nearby. The homey touches make it especially nice -- a washer/dryer combo, fluffy towels, spices in the cupboard, lots of tv channels, dvd player, 2 tvs, and great free, covered easily accessible parking. It's a great deal, too. We'll be back!

We have been travelling for 4 months and have thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay in Long Beach during Feb.The proximity to beach,restaurants,biking trails and freeways is exceptional.The location is fantastic for cruises out of Long beach and L.A.( SanPedro).The apt. is nicely equipped with a few condiments,dish detergent,paper towels etc.A blender/casserole dish would be nice additions to the kitchen.We spend a lot of time in California so will, I'm sure, be here again. The security is top-notch at the building. After going through the steps to get the key (which Dave was quick to call security directly), everything went great. The condo is nice and clean. I did not spend that much time there as I was traveling on business, but it was very close to the convention center. Parking was a little of a challenge until you figure it out, then it is real easy. I would definitely consider staying again the next time I am back in town. Thanks Dave!

Came to Long Beach for a conference at the Convention Center right next door. This place is GREAT -- the same price as nearby hotels, but with full amenities and space to RELAX. Split it with a friend from the conference, and we both LOVED it.

I spent the whole month of August at the unit and it was fantastic. I know Long Beach and I can say that location is the best you can find downtown. Everything is at a walking distance (grocerystore, malls, restaurants, shops, etc.).I really enjoyed all the amenities of the condo. The gym is great, there's a fantastic sauna, a 24 hrs concierge, a nice pool with a patio where you can relax and enjoy the California weather. I had a pleasant stay so I really recommend to everybody to rent Dave's unit. He's kind, always available to give you all the info. you need and it's so easy to get along with him!!! Now i'm back to Italy and if i have a chance to go back to Long Beach I'll surely contact Dave again.

My husband and I along with our 9 year old stayed in Dave´s rental from July 6 until July 27 2008. It felt as though we were staying more in a hotel suite but better! We loved having the washer dryer and kitchen available. It was great! The location was excellent and with everything being walking distance from the condo there was no need to be constantly driving the car to go out for meals or for entertainment. Our 9 year old also greatly enjoyed the heated pool and there was so much for kids to do in the area. Dave was also very nice to deal with and he seems to have things down to a science which meant I didn´t have to phone with a dozen questions with regards to where things were or how something worked. I would definately stay here again and would definately recommend it as a holiday destination.

My job for the last ten years has me working in Long Beach five or six times a year. I have stayed in every major hotel in the downtown area. This summer I made plans to bring my wife out with me so I thought I'd look for something a "little" more than a hotel room. Boy, did we find it in Dave's condo. It's located right in the best area of the downtown Long Beach. If you've never spent time downtown, just park your car at Dave's primo underground parking space and start having fun, fun, fun. Buses, just past the pool will take you anywhere downtown for free or anywhere else in the city for just 90 cents (Or just walk). Check out the whole area from sea as the Aqualink and Passport boats will take you to all kind of cool places for $1 to $3 dollars.There are so many resturants within walking distance you'll have to spend a year to enjoy them all. In the ten years I have been coming to Long Beach this was by far my best stay. My wife,Jennifer has stayed here at all the major hotels here and agrees. This place is just awesome!

My husband and I spent a week at the condo. We were attending an event on The Queen Mary. Our event suggested we stayed on The Queen Mary. But after reading reviews about the hotel I chose to look elsewhere. I am so glad we did. The condo was perfect! I loved having our own kitchen, and enjoying meals out on the patio. The unit was very clean, comfortable and quite. We walked to Pine Ave, Shoreline and the Beach, all a very easy walk. Dave was always available to answer any questions we had about Long Beach. This condo is a value. I priced many other condos and hotels, and by far this condo was the best. We had two days to play after the conference was over. We drove south one day to Huntington Beach and Laguna Beach. The next we went to L.A. and did the Hollywood thing. Both very easy drives from the condo. I would definitely stay at this unit again. Our extended stay (month) at Auqa was very positive. The unit was well maintained and displayed modern appliances. The building security was excellent. Entrance for both building and parking, required a key fob. A single person would feel very comfortable staying here. Dave was always prompt in replaying to our e-mails and adaptable on dates. The free bus shuttle picks you up right outide the building. The convention center is right next door. We went to Disney on Ice and walked just next door and didn't have to pay $8.00 parking. The exercise room is alwlays available and clean. We would return again.

We stayed at the condo for 5 nights prior to going on our cruise. Dave's condo is a brilliant alternative to a hotel room "a home from home". I live in the same condo complex and had family visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I didn't have enough room for everyone in my own unit. Luckily, I found Dave's rental unit. We stayed here on our way from San Francisco to San Diego. we stayed in several hotels along the way. We were so lucky that this was available,it was by far better than staying in another hotel,like home away from home. The bed was great even though we are used to a king size. I have a boyfriend who lives in Kentucky. We decided to meet up in LA before we would travel back to Kentucky for two weeks. Dave met us and showed us around, the unit is as beautiful as you see in the pictures, and we had a wonderful time. Everything was close that we didn't even have to have a rental car and i personally wished that i hadn't even hired one! We loved it so much we wished that we could start just living there permanently. It was sad to go! If ever we return back to LA this is where we would stay again! HIGHLY recommend this place! My family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend in July. It's close proximity to water/beach, Conv. Ctr., Shoreline Village, etc. can not be beat! The condo is very up-to-date, clean and comfortable. The owner was always available to answer the few questions we had and went out of his way to get us into the condo earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend this rental and you can't beat the price. Oh yeah, knowing where we were going to park every day was especially nice.

Dave was very helpful in making sure that everything was set when we arrived. Check-in was smooth. It was nice to have a private parking space during our stay. The swimming pool/jacuzzi and BBQ grill provided for a relaxing evening just steps from the guest room. The room was nicely furnished, and very comfortable to live in. The bathroom was very new and clean. We were especially grateful for the in-room washer and dryer to wash our old clothes from the trip. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is staying a few nights in the Los Angeles area. It is easily accessible to downtown Long Beach and the many tourist attractions available there.

My husband and I were attending a convention at the Convention Center. We loved having the convenient kitchen for light breakfast/coffee. The furnishings and internet access were great! We parked the car and never drove until we left four days later. This is a great option for folks attending conventions. We could walk to convention center in 5-10 minutes. Great place to stay in Long Beach! Very centrally located and in a safe area. The unit is VERY clean and comfortable for a family, with everything you need within the unit (such as washer/dryer). You cannot beat the value. Free garage parking is a definite plus. I will certainly come back and stay here, if I am in L.A.
