A five minute drive to downtown Sarasota which has several live theater venues, opera, ballet, concerts, art galleries, museums, and more dining. Within an hour of Tampa and Busch Gardens and Adventure Island amusement parks and approximately two hours to Orlando including Disney World and Universal Studios.
The home has recently been renovated including a new kitchen. Master bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen sleeper couch in the living room.

Dissatisfied. This vacation home is no vacation!

Our family rented this property during February. The home was not at all as it was presented in writing or photographs. The residence was run-down and dirty. The rugs were filthy. The was a hole in the bedroom wall with trash in it. The screens did not fit the windows so they could not be opened. The BBQ grill mentioned in the write-up was rusty and unusable. The backyard was full of over-grown, dead plants - not a place you could sit. The front yard consisted of dead weeds and the paint was peeling off the house. A washer and dryer were mentioned as amenities; we could not find them. This property was so disgusting we chose not to stay there in spite of the fact the owner would only refund a small portion of our money. Another issue ithe this rental property was that it was exceedlingly difficult to get in touch with the owner. Prior to and during our time in Florida, she did not consistently return phone calls or emails. In summary, look elsewhere for a vacation rental. We did not expect luxury but we did hope for clean, comfortable accomodations. This property is neither of these.
