THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
If you have not been to Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta (just ten minutes north of the airport in Puerto Vallarta, but not in the flight path), you are in for a treat.
It is a safe, super clean, and well maintained exclusive gated resort within one of the most beautiful uncongested areas of Puerto Vallarta. Escape the traffic jams and density of downtown Puerto Vallarta and enjoy over 30 miles of walkable, swimable, sailable, beach along the Bay of Banderas in Nuevo Vallarta.
This is an exclusive high end resort neighborhood with five star hotels, beautiful tree and flower-lined boulevard among multi-million dollar beach residences and vacation compounds within a very secure gated and security controlled area. You can safely walk among the resort's venues day or night, without worry. There are few timeshare peddlers trolling around and English is as widely spoken as Spanish. There is a shopping center with a full grocery store, deli, pharmacy at your disposal. The shopping mall boasts over a dozen eating venues and restaurants, McDonalds, Domino's Pizza, sit down restaurants for Mexican, Japanese (sushi), Italian, Brazilian, Continental, and seafood cuisine. Downtown Puerto Vallarta can be reached by car (20 minutes), water taxi (15 minutes), local bus (30 minutes), or taxi ($15 each way).

This penthouse owner spared no expense in decorating and creating a warm and sophisticated environment in which you can relax and enjoy your beachfront oasis. Towel and linen service is provided by the building housekeeping department. Included with each rental is a mid-week housekeeping service and the final post check-out housekeeping thorough cleaning service so you can just pack and leave at the end of your vacation.
AMENITIES:
The home is fully-equipped with flat screen TVs, DVDs, CD, and satellite televisions throughout. The terrace provides comfortable furniture to sit and relax and enjoy the water and mountain views from your high vantage point. There is wireless internet access in the lobby of neighboring buildings, a phone in the home for local calls. There is a full-size washer and dryer available for your convenience. Linens, towels, toilet tissue, kleenex, and bath soaps are provided, similar to hotel service.
ACCESS TO PARADISE VILLAGE TM SPAS, BEACH CLUB, FITNESS CENTER, GOLF, ETC.
For a one time small fee of US $75 per family/group (of up to five people), you can each enjoy access to the bountiful activities within the resort. There are two world class spas with wet areas (treatments are extra, of course) and state of the art fitness center with dozens of Lifecylce machines, weights, etc. and free aerobics, spinning, Pilates (Reformer machines), yoga and other classes, as well as men's and women's locker rooms, with towel, robe and slipper service, saunas, jacuzzis, steam rooms, etc. El Tigre is a championship 18 hole golf course that will challenge the best duffer.
The water-sports activity center at the Paradise Village hotel is also available to guests for jet-ski, boogie board rentals, parasailing, and other water adventures.
The Marina is a short walk from the beachfront condominiums and has fishing charters, sightseeing trips, and other water adventures to be planned.

KIDS ACTIVITIES:
At the new $14 million dollar fitness center, restaurant, and sports center - located on the gated golf course grounds - in addition to an adult Olympic-size pool, there is a separate kids club play area and large kids sized pool with fountains, slides and other water activities with the depth only 16 inches to allow kids of all ages to enjoy. The kids' locker rooms have child size toilets, showers, changing tables, etc. to make them feel right at home.
OUR PRIVATE CONCIERGE AND GREETER SERVICE:
We offer a unique service to familiarize you with the resort and your vacation home. One of our trained courteous bi-lingual customer service assistants will meet you the day of your arrival and make sure you get settled in and acquainted with the condo's, building's and resort's amenities. They will assist you with information about purchasing the social membership pass ($75 fee for duration of your stay for family of up to five members) to gain access to the Resort's many facilities and amenities. To ensure you get your damage deposit refunded, they will review the home's inventory list at check-in and check-out and answer any questions you have during your stay. (This service is complimentary and they will not try to sell you anything.)
