Pelicans Reef is a new 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with a private pool in fenced backyard. Step out your door and walk a few steps to the ocean(less than 1.5 blocks) or to the Surfside Pier, where you can find something for everyone. This 2736 square foot home is located in Surfside Beach known as the Family Beach! It comes loaded with all kitchen appliances and utensils! The dining room seats 8 with 6 bar stools.

There are two decks on each level overlooking the pool, where you will find deck furniture around pool and patio furniture on both decks! The Master bedroom is very large with a master Bath and a very nice jacuzzi tub, along with your own private deck on the second floor!

The second floor also has an open TV room or area to work on your laptop via Internet cable. This home is very spacious and comfortable. Pets will be considered!

Covered Parking: You can park under house... this house has lots of Parking I think you can park approx., 5 cars under and lots more in drive way. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: plenty of room under house..and in drive way.
Beds	King Bed: please bring your ownn sheets & towels if not renting your linens Queen Bed: please bring your ownn sheets & towels if not renting your linens Convertible Bed: sleeps 2 located in living room downstairs.
