Roughly translated, the name for this gorgeous condominium means "House With Amazing View". But be patient as there are many things to appreciate before you arrive to this ocean view. Your path to Casa Buena Vista leads through an arched entry that opens up onto a beautiful pool area surrounded by tropical broad leaf plants, banana and coconut palms. A small footbridge carries you across the pool, where you hear soothing sounds of falling water cascading from the stepped fountain.
When you arrive at Casa Buena Vista, the first thing you will notice about this exquisite condominium is the attention to detail. A beautiful, hand-carved door graces the entryway. One step through the entrance and you are drawn to a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea that awaits you from the terrace. Inside, you are met by warm colors in the Mexican tiled floor and the impressive collection of original oil paintings that are lavished on the walls.
The most remarkable aspect of this condominium is its terrace, and what is arguably the most spectacular view of Puerto Aventuras' Fatima Bay and the pristine white sand beach below. From here you will enjoy stargazing with the house telescope and be awe-struck by the colorful Caribbean sunrises. The terrace offers dining for six and two comfortable lounge chairs that invite you to relax in the sun while you spend the afternoon with a good book.
The spacious kitchen with its beautiful wide marble counters and bar stools is great for entertaining. The dining room hosts a large round dining table that comfortably seats six. The living room offers ample space to relax on either the couch, love seat or one of its chairs while you visit with family or friends, or just stare out the window at the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean. The living room and master bedroom also offers an entertainment system with USA satellite, DVD player, VCR and movie library.

Why the Owner Chose Puerto Aventuras
Just fell in love during a vacation and had to have a home in PA! Its beautiful, we have great friends in the community, our children also purchased a property in PA and just a wonderful place to spend time.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Quinta Maya complex is by far the most well kept condominium in Puerto Aventuras- Its always so great to walk through the gardens and enjoy all in immaculate shape. We love to entertain and find that when we come and are relaxed we cant imagine going back to the real world! Its heaven!
Over 30 blocks of restaurants, retail shops, hotels, dance clubs, bars, silver shops and ice cream parlors yes it is very touristy, but a must during your holiday stay.

Our stay at Casa Buena Vista in beautiful PA was the dream vacation we've waited for. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and very spacious, just as the photos reflect. We were very comfortable there with our two young adult boys. The view off the terrace is breath-taking, the beach oh, so quiet and extremely relaxing. The location was fantastic, swimming in the warm water and snorkeling right off the beach!! The condo was within walking distance to the local shops and restaurants and also in great proximity to Playa Del Carmen, Akumul and Tulum. On Christmas Eve we had a lovely evening meal at the Lol-Ha restaurant in Akumal Bay. We can't wait to go back!!

I've been fortunate enough to have stayed in this condo in Puerto 4 times and let me tell you that the photographs tell the picture accurately. It is an idyllic oasis with white beaches and blue water. The condo is beautiful and the view is phenomenal. The town is just a short walk on the beach and hosts many restaurants overlooking "swimming with the dolphins".... it doesn't get any better than that. You can walk into the water out front of the condo and snorkel and see amazing sights. You can stay in the pool out front when you are too lazy to do anything. You can take a boat from town and fish to your heart's content. At my urging, two of my sisters have gone down with their families and said it was their best vacation ever. This is a little bit of paradise just waiting to be enjoyed

My husband and I had the most wonderful vacation. Sitting on the covered porch is like being transported to a place where there are no cares at all. Reading, sipping wine, talking...you could spend the whole day staring at the blue blue water and never do anything else in Mexico. Spacious, airy, this condo is beyond compare. Walk down the beach for dinner or lunch or make use of the beautiful space in the fully equipped kitchen. This is a dream getaway...a luxurious as you can get. Donna and Steve

I have been a guest there twice. It's absolutely remarkable. It is large, roomy, beautifully furnished, and the terrace is unbelievably wonderful...day and night it is a haven unto itself...views with sun, views with the moon take you to a special place. The building and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and manicured. It's truly an asset to be so close to the village,Playa del Carmen and other beautiful beaches as well. The beaches are all beautiful fine white sand, the pools are a picture. What a perfect place to lose yourself and relax. The beauty of it is you can do as much or as little as you choose. This fabulous vacation spot was perfect with all its emenities! Can't wait to return, Judy Gerson Cherry Hill,NJ

Heavenly! Our stays at Casa Buena Vista, PA can not be described any other way. Sitting on the terrace watching sunsets, gorgeous water colors and the palm trees helped unwind from home activities. Perfect weather, beautiful clean accommodations, great eating on the marina as well as all the necessary tools to fix something at the condo for snacking, cooking or entertaining. A short walk on the beach to the marina leads to interesting shops with delightful and interesting owners, Dolphin shows, a cyber cafe etc. etc. etc. My husband and I were so relaxed we didn't want to leave. We want to go back.

My husband and I stayed at this condo with two friends for a week and it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The condo itself is spacious and beautiful and the view is breathtaking - the photos give you the right idea, but you have to see it to experience how amazing it really is down there. There is lots to do close by, including some of the best snorkeling we've ever done. There are also a number of good restaurants within walking distance. Tulum and Playa del Carmen are just a short drive away. We took advantage of as much as we could, but I think we could have stayed for a month and not seen or done all that the area has to offer. The best part was that we didn't feel like we needed to be doing something or going somewhere else - the place is so inviting that we could have spent the entire week happy to be relaxing on the veranda. A number of people I know have stayed at this condo too and we have all had the same reaction - Paradise found!

We have stayed at this condo twice and had a fabulous time and highly recommend it! The first without our children and then with the kids. Both were awesome experiences. Puerto is gorgeous in itself, but this particular condo has everything you could ever want and the view is to die for….. It is clean, has all the amenities you need, easy access to everything and the owners leave no stone unturned. It feels like a home away from home! And, we felt very safe and comfortable in Puerto. We intend on continuing to go back hopefully on a yearly, if not more than once a year, basis! You do not need to leave the town as it has everything right there in the village. Great restaurants and bars, clean beach, snorkeling, shops…we even fished right on the beach! We have stayed in hotels in many countries and we still talk about our time at this condo in Puerto Aventuras. SUPERB!!!!!

We had a lovely time here and everything was great. Close to shopping, walkable, beautiful beaches, clean pools, great view, comfortable living. Walked to dolphin discovery, and to many restaurants right there in PA. Snorkeling was great and easy. It was perfect, as far I am concerned. Don't need to change a thing!

Hi Gina, Wanted to let you know that we had a positively fabulous time. We have been recommending it to people... my mom, hairdresser and friend are very interested... so who knows! Thanks for everything. All the information that you provided certainly helped us to make the most of our vacation. The restaurants in the marina were fantastic. Salinas was the best. The grounds were kept immaculate, and even though we were the only family staying there for the entire week, everybody still made sure that everything was kept clean on the grounds, pool cleaned, etc. We met Jack (partner of Trebol) and Roy and Gail next door, the day before we left, all lovely people also. Vinny made a slide show of our photos and added music to it, and everytime we look at it, we can hear the sound of the ocean in the background and remember our evenings out on the terrace, listening to the music and the ocean. By the way, we had a full moon while we were there and the moonlight on the water was picture perfect! Thanks for helping us create a memorable vacation. We hope to return. Cathy DiMatteo
