This two bedroom, two bathroom condo was built in 2006 and comfortably sleeps seven, contains all new furniture, granite countertops and tasteful decorations. You will awaken in the morning to the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Situated on the sixth floor, you will be high enough to be isolated from the hustle and bustle of the first floor common areas and have a good view of the Gulf, and low enough to take the stairs if you desire. Located on the gated Seascape Resort property on Scenic Gulf Drive (formerly Scenic Highway 98), you are only minutes away from all that the Destin area has offer.
This is truly a place to relax and enjoy 2000 feet of Gulf Coast beach, golf right out the back door at the on-site 18-hole Seascape Golf Course, eight tennis courts, and two beautiful large pools (one zero-entry with a mushroom fountain). There is on-site management, complimentary parking, and convenient access to all area dining, entertainment, and shopping (Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than 2 miles) attractions.

Our stay at this wonderful condo was the best home away from home stay yet. I have been to Destin 3 times before and my wife has been 6 times. In saying that I want to let it be known that our excitement about the condo was not affected by the beauty of Destin. Troy and Maria Larson went well out of their way to help our family plan and have a wonderful vacation. Let me tell you a little about this condo. It has a great view – we brought a telescope and the kids loved looking at the stars at night and the boats during the day. The distance to the beautiful white sand is just a hop skip and a jump away – not even far enough to get a good conversation going before you get there. The condo was clean clean clean just like we like it. It was very beautiful and made us feel at home. Thanks you for letting us stay.
