Wood is the theme for this luxurious, 1,100 square foot custom-built, mountain retreat. Originally owned by a well-known developer in Lake Tahoe, it offers an original, hand crafted elegance and unique Tahoe experience. Although we are conveniently located across from the ski slopes of Heavenly Valley, the condo provides the ultimate feeling of seclusion and comfort in a true wilderness setting. It is perfect for a large family, groups, or the occasional couple who wants their privacy and romantic seclusion. It has a private 6-8 person deluxe hot tub on the outside deck that provides one of the most breathtaking valley views Tahoe has to offer. It also has an indoor, romantic jacuzzi bath for two.
The condominium has a large gas fireplace, beautiful hand-made custom furniture, and luxurious mountain decor throughout. It offers all the amenities and comforts of home to include a large screen HD TV, 3 DVD's, internet access, local phone service, fully equipped kitchen(coffee included), two cozy queen beds, and a fold-out queen bed in the living room (additional floor mattresses are also available)and all linens included. There are two full bathrooms with washer/dryer. Also a recreation center minutes away with a heated swimming pool in the summer and an outdoor jacuzzi year around. This property is truly a unique one-of-a-kind mountain experience you will never forget!
Due to the tremendous views from this condo there are many stairs. The altitude level is approximately 7800 ft. I do not recommend this location for those who have trouble breathing or are physically impaired.

I grew up skiing in Tahoe as a child and fell in love with the majestic beauty of the area and all the recreation it has to offer. As an adult, I moved here after college and have lived here ever since (22 years). After all these years, I still believe it is one of the most beautiful places on earth. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world when they come to stay at my property and sharing all the many wonderful gifts that Tahoe has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Stateline
Knowing the area as well as I do, this location offers the guest a little bit of everything. It is conveniently located just minutes away from the casinos, shopping, beaches and the entire south shore area yet secluded enough to provide the peace and quiet of our mountain lifestyle. The ski lifts are just walking distance away. You can virtually get everywhere conveniently from this location. The views from the livingroom and hottub (on the deck) are spectacular. There is also a shuttle service that is available just across the street from the condo.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
After being in the real estate business for many years, I had seen many vacation rental properties in Lake Tahoe. So many that were much the same and quite disappointing. When I first stepped into this condo, I knew I had to buy it. I had never seen anything like it before. So unique and different. It was woodsy and cozy like a mountain home should be but elegant and luxurious with hand crafted woodwork and mountain decor throughout. It has majestic views as well as a hottub on the deck perfect for relaxing after a rigorous day on the slopes. Everytime I am there, it gives me the warm and welcoming feeling of what Tahoe is truly about. A retreat of sorts with the ultimate feeling of peace, quiet, romance and relaxation at its finest.
