  If you are considering booking the honeymoon tree house, look no further! Just arrived home from a 3 night stay here for my fiances 30th bday and my only regret is not staying longer. This home is so warm and welcoming and you will realize this the second you walk through the front door and into the living room area. Here you will find an amazing fireplace, super comfy red sofa, a couple of amazing wooden rocking chairs, flat screen TV, and huge window over looking all the beauty Tahoe has to offer. This room is attached to a full kitchen with top of the line fridge, coffee maker, dish washer, microwave etc. With so many amazing places to eat, I didn't utilize the kitchen area much other than brewing some coffee in the mornings and hot cocoa in the evenings. If you have already scrolled through the pics of this place, then you have an idea of all the thought and detail the owners have put into this home. Seeing in person is even more breathtaking and will exceed all of your expectations. It is perfect for a family or romantic getaway for two. There are windows with a view everywhere and the privacy of not having to deal with noisy neighbors. If you want a cabin vibe with all of the amenities of a 5 star hotel, this is the place for you. Also, I have never experienced an owner (Linda) who truly goes the extra mile for her guests. I never sent an email that wasn't corresponded to immediately and always with a very thoughtful and helpful response. This is very imortant when booking through a site like this. She makes you feel like family as opposed to just a renter. Can't wait to visit again.....soon I hope!   We stayed at the house for a week for my friends honeymoon. There were 2 couples and the house suited our needs due to the close proximity to Heavenly ski resort. House was clean when we arrived and the hot tub was nice and hot! The only problems we found were the downstairs bedroom door wouldnt latch, so there was an issue with privacy. And we had to go out and buy a few more things that should have been provided, ex. toilet paper and such. Other than that the house was great! Never got used to climbing a ton of stairs to get to the door of the condo! We weren't used to the altitude at all!

  If you don't mind climbing steps, this condo is a dream house. For us it is and the steps are actually good training to prepare for skiing. The condo has so many features you will hardly find anywhere else. Cozy, hot-tub, fireplace etc. and this just steps to the Stagecoach lift. We love it and hope you get the chance to enjoy it to. You will feel the pride of ownership, this is not just a rental, it feels like home.

  We had a fantastic time staying at Linda's Treehouse. It is an absolutely perfect place to spend time relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous mountains. We took our son and nephew to Lake Tahoe to go snowboarding and chose Linda's Treehouse after reading the great reviews. We couldn't have been more pleased. Everything about the condo is perfect, We couldn't have asked for a more. The boys woke up early each morning just to watch the sun rise over the mountains. You could just stare out the window all day and watch the light and colors change in the valley. Linda is a doll and answers any questions you may have. We hope to return next year - it was perfect!

  The Tree House exceeded our expectations in every way. We loved the views, the outdoor jacuzzi, the comfy chairs in the lounge etc. etc. - the house is amazing and it was the perfect home-base for our honeymoon. Above our overall experience, it was a pleasure dealing with Linda. She surprised us by laying out rose petals before our arrival and went out of her way to make sure we knew where all the best restaurants, bars and sites were. These personal touches made a lasting impression on us - we will definitely be back the next time we're in Tahoe. Clay and Natalie

  My husband and I were looking for a romantic cabin to celebrate our anniversary and were lucky enough to discover Linda's Treehouse! What an extraordinary find!! From the moment we walked in we knew this would be an unforgettable week. My favorite things worth raving about are: the incredible wood detail the banks of windows looking out at the view the gorgeous old stone fireplace soft comfortable sofas and glider chairs make you want to stay in. Wonderful beds with the softest sheets sheets and duvets I have slept on The huge hot tub outside (we were in there twice a day) The quiet neighborhood The smell of the pine trees (much preferred to the casino neighborhood) Heated toilet seats...in both bathrooms (never had that luxury before, wish I had them at home) The dangling ceiling lights were beautiful at night The upstairs bedroom! (Very romantic to wake up in this room) The owner was super helpful in providing us with directions to hiking trails nearby, restaurant suggestions, where the best bakery in town was for our anniversary cake and she has a chef friend who came and cooked us a wonderful Mexican meal just for the two of us. Delicious!! We also adored her friend Billy who runs the bar up the street and made us special drinks that were yummy. He was great company too. We are now spoiled, thank you Linda for a wonderful and unforgettable week in the mountains!!

  My wife and I booked this little gem for our honeymoon totally by chance. Luck certainly smiled on us. The house is magnificent, Lake Tahoe is impeccable and all that was upstaged only by our gracious host. Linda was a dream to work with and we couldn't have been more happy with our stay, unless we hadn't had to leave. We will get back to stay here again someday and can not wait for it. The home is amazing, the location is fantastic. I'd move in if I could get my wife to move to Nevada and Linda would sell. If you are reading this do yourself a favor and book this vacation home right now!

  Truly THE best cabin rental experience we have ever had. My girlfiend and I decided to stay this December for a long weekend and unbenounced to my girlfriend I planned on asking her to marry me this same weekend. As you can imagine I was looking for something very special. After a ton of research on-line w/ various places I selected this property. I can't speak enough of the charm of this property as it was spectacular and even more importantly the owner Linda (and her property mngr Jason) made our stay something we will never forget (they went above and beyond in setting the cabin up as one of the most romantic settings I could have asked for). The cabin is perfectly located close to the lifts within walking distance (on the Nevada side), the amenities inside are fantastic (five star hotel quality), & the jacuzzi out on the balcony was perfection after a long day on the slopes. In addition, Linda offered up some excellent restaurant ideas for our weekend and we couldn't have been happier with the entire stay in the "tree house" cabin. I just can't say enough about the cabin as we are so very grateful that we stayed here. We have told all of our friends about the cabin and plan on coming back again with another couple to stay for another long weekend. I would recommend this cabin to anyone! P.S. We are very particular about where we stay and I don't often write reviews but Linda and her property deserve the highest in ratings..Thank you so much Linda and Jason.,!! Cheers, Jason and Alicia

  We stayed at the condo at the end of our 5 week vacation from Australia. We could have stayed here for the whole 5 weeks as it was fantastic. We decided to get married at the lakeside chapel and the stay at the beautiful condo topped it off. Our two young children loved the feel of the wood cabin interior and got to enjoy the snow. The scenery was breathtaking and the condo location was excellent. It was our home away from home and we were sad to leave. Linda was fantastic from start to finish. I was reluctant to transfer money sight unseen but rest assured, there are no worries. We had a problem with the jacuzzi temperature and it was fixed the same day. The handyman Jason was very friendly and trustworthy. We have no hesitation recommending the tree house at Stateline as a vacation rental and we are already planning our next stay there. Thanks Linda for a wonderful stay.

  My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous week in this beautiful condo! It is every bit as wonderful as it says in the listing and shows in the pictures! There is not one thing I would change in this charming condo. As for the owner, Linda, she is the best! She is so thoughtful and easy to work with. She is very quick to return phone calls or messages and does everything she can to make sure your experience and vacation is amazing. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation!!! You can't go wrong when you are working with Linda!!!
