I call this house paradise because it is. When you walk into this brand new 3000 square foot stunner, you feel right at home. When you come through the front door, you can kick off your shoes, and take the oak-panelled elevator to the third floor. The elevator opens into a state of the art kitchen, spacious dining area, and a breathtaking 180 degree view of the ocean.
The master bedroom is also on this level with a gorgeous master bath complete with jacuzzi tub and multi-jetted oversize shower. There is also an elegant 1/2 bath adjacent to the kitchen. The sliding doors open onto a spacious upper deck with unparelled views and is ideal for watching the passing dolphins.
After looking around, take the stairs down to the second level and take a tour of 4 more very spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with corian countertops, the laundry room, and a cozy den with a deck with more ocean views.
The location here on Long Beach Island is great, you can walk to the Movie Theatre and to Acme for groceries. Down in Bay Village there are plenty of shops.
The best thing to do is relax on the oceanfront deck and watch as the passing dolphins flip in the air....it is truly an unbelievable home!!
