I call this house paradise because it is. When you walk into this brand new 3100 square foot stunner, you feel right at home. When you come through the front door, you can kick off your shoes and take the oak-panelled elevator to the third floor. The elevator opens into a state of the art kitchen, spacious dining area, and a breathtaking 270 degree view of the ocean.
The master bedroom is also on this level with a gorgeous master bath complete with jacuzzi tub and multi-jetted oversize shower. There is also an elegant 1/2 bath adjacent to the kitchen. The sliding doors open onto a spacious upper deck with unparelled views and is ideal for watching the passing dolphins. The choices now are unlimited: lounge on one of our super comfortable deck chairs and listen to the waves break just 100 feet away; watch passing dolphins through our deckside telescope, enjoy an afternoon cocktail ( that industrial icemaker in the kitchen does come in handy); select a tape from our vhs library and watch a movie on our 60-inch flatscreen; or just soak in the mind-boggling ocean views!!!
Once you catch your breath, you can take the stairs down to the second level and check out 4 more very spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with corian countertops, the laundry room ( with additional full-size refrigerator), and a cozy den with another large flat screen television ( a great place for the kids and their friends to hang out). Sliding doors open onto another large deck with great ocean views and a ping pong table. This deck is covered and a popular spot for the kids to pitch sleeping bags and fall asleep to the crashing waves.
This location on Long Beach Island is equally as important as the amenities. Beach Haven Park is perfectly situated in the center of the island and is only 2 blocks from Acme Supermarket ( the best steaks on the island) and the Movie theater ( on the occasional rainy day you really appreciate the close proximity to this spotless multiplex). Bay Village is only 5 minutes away by car and a great place to bring the kids for amusement park rides, the water park,miniature golf, shopping, outstanding New England clam chowder and, of course, salt water taffy.
