  We rented this condo for 4 weeks. We also had trouble getting admission into the condo, as stated in a previous Review. Reception emailed the owner (who lives in Canada) and he had to phone them personally to confirm. If he had not been available, we would not have been allowed admission. All this at 03.00 European time after a long and tiring journey. The reason: Short term lettings in this 500 unit building are ILLEGAL. After we had paid all our rental money, we were informed that we should tell Reception that we were "family"! This is a ONE bedroom unit. The second bed is a very uncomfortable 4 ft sofa/bed, and our guests slept on the floor rather than use it. There was no-where for them to store clothes, other than in the closet of the Main Bedroom, ad there was no window. There are several GOOD Reviews but these are not truthful. I see that they were all submitted by the Owner - interestingly! Our wi-fi went down and the owner did not respond, and the a/c did not function properly. A great location, although no-where near South Beach, as stated. My advice - chose another condo.

  It is a comfortable condo. It has two rooms and two bathrooms, and easily accomodated our family of five people. It is very well located, nearby the Bayside Mall and the American Airlines Arena. The photos reflect the condo's appearance and amenities. There were some issues with the stove and the toaster, but the owner always answered quickly all our questions. We rented it for one month and the rental price was fair. We would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Restaurants, bars and local attractions are only steps away. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from every room. This breathtaking two bedroom is ready for your stay. It is fully furnished with upscale designer furniture. The kitchen has granite and stainless steel and is equipped with everything needed to cook your favorite gourmet foods. The home has two bedrooms and two baths. Each room has a queen size bed in it and there is a fold out couch in the family room. The house will sleep a maximum of 6. All linen is provided and there is a washer and dryer available. There is a large pool in the courtyard with plenty of pool toys. Children love the shallow end of the pool which features a small slide for them to enjoy. There is also a play yard with a climbing structure and plenty of room for the everyone to have a great time in this one of a kind area. The condo is air-conditioned and boast of a screen porch to enjoy those early morning cups of coffee. There is a large flat screen in the front room . There is also a hot tub on the upper deck and it is accessible from the main hallway. It seats eight comfortably. This 24 story art deco condo is only two years old and is in excellent condition. The grounds are professionally maintained and all anyone needs to do is bring their swimsuit and toothbrush to enjoy a night or week in this property. There are many things available in the local neighborhood. A beautiful park just a block away offers basketball, tennis and picnic areas. Of course the beach is really the highlight of the area and most people like to spend most of their time enjoying all the amazing things it offers. Swimming, boating, sun bathing, snorkeling, diving, and wind surfing are all right there and just waiting for you.

  I love Miami, because I love the sun. I don't know about you, but I am solar powered. I need as much sun as I can get, all day and every day. That is why this vacation in Miami has been so good for me. The vacation home that I rented had a beautiful patio that I could lie out in and soak up all the rays. At night, watching the stars come out over the beautiful Gulf sky made me feel truly at home. Miami is one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the world, and it was really convenient that my vacation rental was right between the beach and the nightlife. Nobody wants to miss a minute in Miami. As an additional benefit, my neighborhood was easy to navigate and the taxis never had any trouble bringing me home at night. They have valet parking at my vacation condo, but I was so close to everything that I didn't even bother getting a car. My rental was barely a block away from the ocean! When I'm not partying or relaxing, I like to swim. The pool was good enough for a quick dip, but what I really wanted was the ocean. Bayfront Park was right across the street, so it could not have been easier to get to those smooth Atlantic shores. I found time for swimming day and night. The condo was well furnished with modern conveniences, including wireless internet. That made it a lot easier to stay in touch, though I still liked to go out sometimes and get some work done at a nearby coffee shop. There were two big bedrooms, each with an incredible view, and a balcony that opened right onto the sea air. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and even had a futon that folded out for guests. The whole place was clean, and the kitchen smelled great. The shopping was decent around the house, but I wasn't really there to shop. There was a grocery store within a couple blocks, and that was nice. I went to Miami to relax and unwind, and this place was perfect for that. It was inviting and private at the same time, and had more than enough space for me and my friends. It felt homey and liveable to me, and I made sure to leave it nice and clean when we were done. I would love to live in Miami someday, especially if I could find a condominium like that one.

  When my husband and I looked for a condo on South Beach to stay at during our Miami vacation, we didn’t expect to find a place as beautiful as this! We had the best week on the Florida coast, and it wouldn’t have been possible without these great accommodations. I always judge the quality of a vacation rental by the kitchen and bathrooms. This place met my expectations with flying colors. Though we enjoyed many a great meal at local 5 star restaurants, and spent a decent amount of time at one of the local wine bars, there was enough counterspace for me to prepare some of my signature meals, and the built-in-to-the-counter flat top stove made this task extremely easy. The bathrooms (2 of them- no fighting over showers!) were impeccable. With marble throughout, it was like staying in a luxurious, 5 star hotel, without the hassle. Another great perk: the water was always hot! The ceilings throughout the condo are very high, as well; I think that added to the coziness factor quite a bit. I loved the subtle Asian design aspects within the condo. The sliding doors that partition the den from the second bedroom were a great touch. Honestly, this condo was beautifully decorated. The soft, neutral tones were extremely contemporary; and most importantly, it felt like home each time we walked through the doors. While many condos we looked at in Miami were decorated as gaudy as can be, this was tasteful- every aspect of the home looked like something I would have created myself. The place was spotless! Hotel rooms are never as clean as this condo was when we arrived. It was an absolute dream! I love being able to walk into my vacation home and instantly relax without having to lift a finger to get it to meet my standards (and these standards are HIGH, according to my husband). I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to feel home away from home while enjoying breathtaking views, and short distances to every amenity they could possibly ask for. Shopping was nearby- all of the merchants have fabulous things- and the 5 star restaurants and wine bars were to die for. Being a stones throw away from the beach was another major plus. I couldn’t have asked for more. The rates are extremely affordable for what you are getting. If you want to splurge a little bit on a private dwelling to spend your downtime in, this is the place to do it. I had the best time on vacation. I am so glad we chose this condo! Thanks so much for the great stay!

  When looking for a vacation getaway, South Beach, Miami may come to mind. There are various condos for rent and this one in particular is amazing. You can rent this condo with rates starting at daily and going up to monthly, depending on the amount of time you will be spending in Miami. It is a beautiful and elegantly decorated condo giving you the comforts of home while being away. This condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a futon to give you extra sleeping space for any guests you may have. The master bedroom is spacious, has an adjoining master bathroom, and has the balcony right outside giving you a great place to go out and enjoy the fresh air. The second bedroom gives you enough room to sleep two people and has an adjoining bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have a walk-in closet as well giving you plenty of room for all of the clothing you pack to bring with you. The living room is spacious and is also attached to the balcony. The balcony runs the length of the condo on one side and is continuous. There is an amazing view of downtown Miami and more. It is a great place to hang out and take in all of the beauty that Miami has to offer. Other amenities this condo has to offer includes a stackable washer and dryer, so you will not have to run to a community washer and dryer, and a high efficiency heating and air conditioning unit. You will also have access to wireless internet and a premium channel package with HD TV so you will not miss any of your favorite shows while on vacation. There are numerous amenities and luxuries within the condo itself, but beyond that, there are other great amenities within the building for your use. There is a gym and fitness center for those that enjoy working out and would like to continue to do so on vacation. There is also a game room with a variety of games including a ping pong table and pool table. When you would like to relax, there is a hot tub indoors and outdoors. You could also relax in a lounger by the pool. With everything this condo has to offer, it is the perfect place to stay the next time you are in Miami.

  I have already made an official complaint to both the owner and HomeAway about this property and had no reponse from the owner and a dead end from Home Away. The property is beautifully furnished and in a great location. However, you are on your own when you arrive because, strictly speaking, this property is not intended for short term lets and Justin can only be contacted by email. This is in direct contrast to the property we stayed at before arriving in Miami where issues were dealt with promptly over the phone. Our problem, when we arrived was that we couldn't get the key code to work for entry into the property. Justin's own directions tell the guest they should not let the concierge know we are holiday rentals, we are "friends". The concierge told me he shouldn't really help but did try to contact Justin on the phone number he had but no luck - he was asked to pay for the call! After an hour of trying the code we gave up and only returned after receiving an email from Justin giving further information on how to get in. We also disagree with the description that it is a 2 bedroom apartment. Yes, there are 2 ensuite bathrooms but the second bed is a pull-out couch which was incredibly uncomfortable. Besides, there is nowhere to store clothing in the 2nd bedroom, just the televsion - not ideal if you want to watch tv, I guess you push the bed back into the couch every time. There were some maintenance issues such as no plugs in the sinks and limited crockery meaning that the dishwasher had to be put on virtually empty because there was no plug in the sink to hand wash the dishes. Lights not working, a very noisy dog next door so we didn't go out on the balcony, partly because we didn't want to encourage the dog to bark and partly because the dog's mess was just left to dry on their balcony. We came away from the stay very disappointed and certainly won't be returning. ialos won't be booking through Home Away again because they have been absolutely no help with my complaint and the property is still advertised in exactly the same way.

  Owner response: I will respond in line to each of the concerns listed by this overzealous renter. "The property is beautifully furnished and in a great location. However, you are on your own when you arrive because, strictly speaking, this property is not intended for short term lets and Justin can only be contacted by email." - Phone numbers, wifi codes, alarm codes, general information and emails are posted throughout the apartment on information sheets on the wall. This is incorrect. - We have code access to all doors on the premises which easily allows people into the unit without a key. "Our problem, when we arrived was that we couldn't get the key code to work for entry into the property. Justin's own directions tell the guest they should not let the concierge know we are holiday rentals, we are "friends"." - Florida law does not like renters under 1 month. This renter rented for a week. - The renter did not correctly input the code and therefore it did not work. Upon reaching me, we both did it over the phone with the exact same code and instructions and it magically worked. We have no issues with the code lock. "We also disagree with the description that it is a 2 bedroom apartment. Yes, there are 2 ensuite bathrooms but the second bed is a pull-out couch which was incredibly uncomfortable." - I've included even a birds eye view floor plan of the entire layout. It is a 2 bedroom apartment. The listing is 100% accurate and details all bed types/sizes for each room. "There were some maintenance issues such as no plugs in the sinks and limited crockery meaning that the dishwasher had to be put on virtually empty because there was no plug in the sink to hand wash the dishes. Lights not working, a very noisy dog next door" - I don't know what you mean by 'plugs in the sinks' but this doesnt sound like a necessary element. - Yes we have 12-15 cups and sets of cuttlery... NO this place will not suffice for having a party of 50 people in it. We have listed ALL amenities in the unit on the listing. If it says it has an iron and board, it has an iron and board. It does not say it can handle a catered party of 50 for a week's worth of cutlery and cookery. Very understandable. - And about the neighbors dog? How can we control the neighbors dog???? I can't even believe that this is in the review. This renter was overzealous and should have stayed in a hotel instead. Thanks for the consideration. We all run into people like the above.

  What a fantastic location this condo has , Bayside is just perfect, and has some great bars and restaurants, the area is very clean and well maintained ,as is the condo, this was our 1st time in Miami , and we liked bayside , so much more than the talked about "south beach", the condo is spacious and was great for the 6 of us for our short stay , i think if you were to stay for longer periods it would suit 4 , more comfortably - we had just 2 issues while we were there , we had no internet ,and the bed in the 2nd bedroom is a pull down , and i suppose with all these type of beds none are really comfortable , we had a little problem with access , but the concerige sorted that out for us --- oh and make sure you are registered for access to use the gym , we were told we weren't so couldn;t use it , no great shakes -- we went up to the beautiful pool area on the roof which has spectacular views across the Bay , and comfortable loungers -- we also managed to get Tickets for a heat game , which is just across the street in the American Airlines Arena **** We had a really great night and Miami Heat won the game--- perfect --- .... This really is a great located condo for Bayside ...Thanks Justin ................

  I would have to say that we were a bit unfamiliar with how this process worked but would we do it again? ABSOLUTELY!! This listing is everything you see in the pictures & more. The property was clean and very well maintained. Dealing with the owner couldn't of gone any smoother very polite and he provided very good customer service. I would highly recommend this property to all of my friends and famly and look forward to returning.

  I really enjoyed my stay here. The condo is huge and was very clean when we arrived. The location right beside Bayside Park and the water is very convenient as we did most of our eating at the restaurants there. It's also a short trip to south Beach which was great when we wanted to check out the strip. The condo also had great amenities from a nice gym to an awesome outdoor pool/lounge floor with great views of Miami. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Miami. And the homeowner was great to deal with.

  Location: This condo was situated in a great location. Minutes away (walking) from great restaurants, good night life and the harbor front. Very close to the bridge so south beach is just a short cab ride away. Staff: Despite this being a condo, the staff were willing to help satisfy each resident or visitor, felt like i was staying at a hotel. From the moment we walked in they were always happy to help us with any of our needs. The Room: Great decor, very comfortable and spacious!! The kitchen was fully stocked, we bought groceries and had made ourselves great meals a few times during our stay. Washrooms: Stocked with all the necessities, again very nice decor, great showers, very modern looking. Bedroom: Very comfy bed!!, also had lots of extra pillows and covers. Balcony: Large size, esp for condo buildings, nice view, you can see biscayne rd from the balcony, also the harbor front. Amenities: Amazing!!! great pool and hot tub, great place for catching some sun and just hanging around enjoying the beautiful weather. There are even cabanas where you can settle into, bring up your drinks and food and just spend your whole day sitting by the pool, eating great food. Overall my experience at biscayne was fantastic, not 1 bad thing to say about my stay, would recommend to anyone!!!!

  Just a short ride up the elevator to the 5th floor, this is one of the easiest condos to enter and exit than any I've been to in Miami. Once you exit to the street there are 20 world class restuarants available within 2 blocks in any direction. Right in the front is Bayside Park, which houses a great boardwalk among other unique Miami shopping and eating on the waterfront. All partyboats and tours in Miami leave from the marina at Bayside just across the street. Great Pool Deck with 360 degree views of downtown! Full Gym and Spa Services. Furniture is nice and so are the bathrooms! Amazing subzero refridgerator and ice maker for mixing drinks in a fully stocked kitchen. I felt very at home here. I will return next year!

  The condo is listed as a 2 bedroom and it is actually a 1 bedroom with a den. When we arrived to the property we could not get access b/c the keyfob was inside the unit and you cannot get on the elevator without it. I tried to reach the owner by phone and couldn't. I sent an email and I was told he was out to dinner. We were able to gain access from the front desk. The property appeared clean when we walked in but then we noticed several roach motels around the unit only to find out we would be spending the weekend with roaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas. On checkout--the clean up guy came at 1030. I told him check out was at 11. I had to argue with him for 5 minutes b/c he claimed checkout was at 10. The condo is and not at all what you showed online. I paid for a 2 bedroom and this was a 1 bed with a let out couch.It would be nice to tell guest they are staying next to a barking dog that will keep them up all night...not to mention the awful smell from the balcony since the neighbors dog has pooped all over their balcony. I called to reach the owner the first day and never got a call back. The towels were not in visible sight and the condo is not on south beach....it is next to bayside. You gave false advertisement.... This was the worst place I've ever stayed. I could've taken better chances at a motel on the beach if I wanted to live with bugs....I am not sure where the previous reviews came from but our experience was horrible for the money we paid. Not to mention, we paid the price for an entire week and were harassed to leave before checkout.

  Owner response: To all who read this review please understand that we had multiple noise complaints, neighbor complaints, wine stains on the couches and more from these guests and I can only assume that from our harsh warnings they felt this review had merit... The condo is listed correctly as a 2 bedroom. Please see the attached floor plan for your consideration and the pictures online. You will see 1 room seperated by fixed walls and the second bedroom/family room seperated by a nice sliding plexiglass door which greatly opens the room up to an open concept when not in use. Yes there are cockroach traps as a preventative measure and there has been no sightings of any roaches in the apartment ever. This is something you do as an owner of the home to prevent roaches from coming in the first place. We do the same for bed bugs to keep our guests happy! Nevertheless, the condo is brand new and there is no pest issue in the building especially 5 floors up. The keyfob is present in the condo and grants you access to the spa, gym, pool deck and common areas. Security is at the main desk 24/7 for your assistance should you have an issue where it is in need of reprogramming which has happened in the past. All our towels are kept in the closet for the beach towels and in the washroom under the sink for the washroom towels. We feel it not necessary to leave towels in the common areas of this beautiful condo. Nevertheless, rest assured that this guests review is in response to front desk, ours, and our neighbors harsh warnings to keep this beautiful condo safe and secure.

  Travel dates: March 2nd - March 6th 2012 We traveled to Miami at the begining of March Break 2012. My wife and I and our two young adults. The purpose of the visit was three fold. My son wanted to party at South Beach, my wife wanted to shop and my daughter and I were there to run the Miami Beach Half Marathon on Sunday March 4th 2012. Well we got it ALL done and the condo's location had a lot to do with it. Description: It's location right in front of the Port of Miami is more than just convenient, its a beautiful area, a must see, the port is an excellent place to visit and to take sightseeing tours out into the bay or visit the islands. The condo is very near the causeway into South Beach. no more than 10 minutes away. Two minutes from the condo your on the 95 towards the airport, shopping or rapidly accessing other nearby cities. The condo: I can validate that the photos represent very well the condos excellent condition. My wife and I slept in the main bedroom, my daughter in the Den/second room and my son had the whole living room to himself. The heated pool and hot tube on the 10th floor (of 54) were great and gave excellent views of downtown and the Port and Ocean views. My son also used the gym on the 12th floor. All and any minor issues were dealt with ON location by the front desk staff. The parking was valet at $15 per day including ALL in and out access... Great price for Miami! and service was excellent 24/7. In conlusion, the condo was clean and well maintained, services on site were excellent,the location priceless and we are recommending this condonto friends and family.   Very clean and well-maintained unit. Centrally located between Downtown Miami, the Art District and South Beach. The building's concierges were friendly and accommodating. We received praiseworthy customer service from Justin who went out of his way to assist us. We very much enjoyed the experience and would definitely go back!

  My family went down to here for this 2011 christmas and found it everything we could have expected and more. It's perfectly situated on the bay and steps from the water. The place itself smelled like Vanilla and was obviously well managed for vacation renters. I and my family loved it and would certainly go again next year.

  Went down for a quick weekend and found this condo to be clean bright beautiful. The amenities were very sound and the gym was spectacular situated on the 12th floor overlooking the entire ocean and bay. We have booked another romantic weekend in March! :)
