brand new luxury villa in sunny Florida on the famous Southern Dunes Golf Course in Haines City. South facing pool, view of the golf course, There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite, 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, makes total of 3 bathrooms, large flatscreens, Playstation 3 and games room are all designed for your perfect holliday.
The house is furnished with a mix of scandinavian design furniture and some design classics (Corbusier Chaise Lounge Chair). Luxury Gas BBQ. The house is villa furnished in 2010 and only used a few weeks for our personal use.
Southern Dunes is a top rated PGA Golf Course, the house overlooks the 4th par 5 hole. Convenient shopping at the gate of the resort (Wallmart and WinnDixie). Orlando attractions are a 30 minute drive. Great outlet shopping. Beaches at Clearwater Beach (Golf of Mexico) or Cocoa Beach (Atlantic) are both less than 1,5 hour. Orlando International Airport is 40 miles and Tampa Airport is around 1 hour.
