The pictures do not do this place justice! It is HUGE and beaultiful. The view is breathtaking. We had four families of four. That's right! 8 adults and 8 children under the age of 6! And there was room to spare! The front yard is huge with a great big firepit. Plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Close enough to attractions like Desoto State park, where we took the kids hiking for the day, and to places to eat and grab random grocery items we forgot. We will be back!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

Be sure to take your own toilet tissue and soap as none was provided. There is only one bathroom upstairs. It has a jacuzzi but no shower. Everyone who stays upstairs has to shower in one of the bathrooms in the master bedroom downstairs. The second bedroom downstairs doesn't have a closet. We enjoyed the pool table and the fire pit. Don't plan to use the grill. It's grimy. The view is fantastic and the large dining table is great for family meals. The porch would be wonderful in the warm months.Owner response: The two person Jacuzzi upstairs has a shower head that pulls out of the faucet and extends up for showering if prefered. There are 3 full baths all containing showers downstairs. Clearly policey states that our home is a quest home and some guest stay for extended periods of time. As stated in our Ads and on our official web site, we provide a small initial supply of toilet paper and soap and other materials. Guests are advised to bring or buy the amount needed for their stay. We provide a grill outside the house and guests are advised to bring their own charcoal. All of these policeys are on our website and ads.
