Beautiful Kiawah Island - Facing Golf Course/Easy Beach Access
Year Purchased: 2005
Why the Owner Chose Fairway Oaks Villas
In addition to its natural beauty, Kiawah Island has every amenity that one could want - tennis, golf, exquisite beach, and friendly people. It's a wonderful place to spend time with your family.
It's also a very easy trip from the east coast - with many major cities having direct flights to Charleston. Charleston is an amazing city with lots of history, great food and wonderful things to do and see. We love that its so close to Kiawah!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our villa is situated on a wonderful part of the island. Everything is within walking distance! The beach, the Straw Market, tennis courts, general store, etc. Since it has been totally renovated, it is clean and neat with new bathrooms, wonderful light and beautiful views of the golf course!
Owner's Map of Fairway Oaks Villas
My husband, Jason, and I both work in Washington, DC but absolutely love visiting Kiawah Island. We both love traveling, the beach, and spending time with family. Jason is also an avid golfer. I'm originally from Georgia, and Jason is originally from Connecticut (but spent a lot of time in Maine). We both have siblings in New York City and Los Angeles.

We had a wonderful stay at this Fairway Oaks Villas property. The apartment is very well equipped and an easy walk to the beach. The photos accurately represent the condition of the unit. The property was very clean and the rental agency called several times to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay there again. Try the "Fat Hen" restaurant - it was wonderful.

Just returned from 5 relaxing days in Kiawah at this lovely villa, and we highly recommend it to anyone travelling to the island. The villa is impeccable -- beautifully decorated, modern, clean, and stocked with everything you would ever need on vacation. We cooked meals in the lovely kitchen, sat on the rocking chairs outside watching golfers play through, slept well in the comfy beds (with really nice linens!), and definitely enjoyed being so unbelievably close to the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by, and golf is literally on the doorstep. We have historically rented both a ski house and a lake house each year, and this villa puts them to shame. Worth every penny of the already excellent price. Go and enjoy!

We enjoyed a wonderful Labor Day long-weekend at this condo. The unit was very nicely decorated and was very comfortable. The unit was very clean and maintained. The location on the golf course was great, and we were just a five-minute stroll to the beach. If you stay over a Sunday, we strongly recommend the brunch at Jasmine Porch at The Sanctuary... amazing! The condo and Kiawah Island are fantastic... we're planning our return visit now!

this villa is really lovely - nicely furnished and decorated with wonderful big windows and lots of light. We loved the back porch with the rockers overlooking the green on Cougar Point Golf course and it was so much fun to hear the golf balls land and watch the golfers go by - it is the nicest villa we have rented on Kiawah in our ten years of visiting.
