Conveniently located in South Kihei, our condo is directly across the street from one of Maui's best beaches, world famous Kamaole Beach Park II. With its soft, warm sand and gentle surf, it is the perfect beach for working on your Hawaiian tan or enjoying the warm tropical water!
Our one bedroom, one bath condominium is air conditioned, with the added convenience of ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. For your comfort we have 37' HDTV Flat screen TV in living room, additional 32' Flat screen in the bedroom, Home Theatre system with Blu Ray, updated and fully-equipped kitchen with granite counterops, side by side stainless fridge with ice and water in the door, built in microwave and ultra quiet dishwaser. And unlike most rental units, we have a washer and dryer in the unit!
We have very reasonable rates and have occasional unadvertised specials during low season. Contact us directly for more information! We accept US funds by personal check or money order. We also accept major credit cards with a small extra fee.

Joe's a music teacher and Teresa is in management with a large insurance company. We bought our Maui condo as a second home in 2001 with the dream of someday retiring to Maui! We love the Hawaiian culture and especially the people of Hawaii. We take extra care to make sure our guests are comfortable and feel at home while on vacation. We love the beach no matter where it is! Here we are on the Oregon Coast, about 60 miles from our year round home in the Willamette Valley! It's not Maui, but this was a beautiful 68 degree day in January!

This was a great unit. It was recently remodeled and everything is in good working order, truly home away from home! Local grocery stores: Foodland and Safeway have everything you need also Costco is next to the car rentals and a good place to shop for things you want to last. Kmart is next to it for the inexpensive things too. For a great bite to eat and good drinks walk next door (from the condo) to Fred's Mexican Cafe and for an upscale meal you can walk a little further to Cafe Olei. Thinking about going to Momma's Fish House in Paia? Stop in that town at the Fish Market (it's a restaurant) for lunch, just as good and cheaper. Try ziplining (we went to Northshore zipline also near Paia) lots of fun! The aquarium is very informative about the local fish and very entertaining. So much to do and never enough time! This was our 3rd year back to Maui and still have things on our todo list. Teresa was very helpful in all our planning and even was available when we were at the condo. Mahalo Teresa and Joe for sharing such a great place with us!

Well-equipped pretty kitchen - granite, stainless fridge, coffeemaker, blender, lots of dishes & silverware. Washer/dryer. 2 snorkeling sets, 2 coolers (+ ice packs), 2 beach towels, 4 nice barstools on small patio with ocean view & hillside view. Across the street from nice snorkeling beach.& nice sand beach - nice for walking. Grass area with picnic tables to eat dinner and watch sunset. Walking distance to shops and dining. 2 small pools with lounges. Beautiful grounds - lovely flowers, grass and trees. 2 TVs. cable. Cozy. Owner very helpful before, during, and after our stay. Cafe O'Lei - scrumptious dining with nice atmosphere. Snorkel Bob's nearby and very helpful.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our visit to Maui and our stay at this condo. The condo is in a great spot. Great view of the ocean! We are already looking on the calendar for next year. The only thing we would have liked to have was a hot tub at the pool. Sounds weird since it's so nice there but after a day of hiking in the warm rain, it would have been nice to sit in that. This will be our place to stay in Maui for now on!

This condo is in the perfect location for beaches, restaurants and bars. My wife and I enjoyed the relaxation of being able to walk to the places we wanted to go. Big Beah/Mckenna is a few minutes away and honestly, I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else!

My husband and I spent two weeks in this lovely condo, and were sad to leave. We felt so at home and enjoyed ourselves so much, we wished it could have been for a longer period. The complex is meticulously cared for, including the grounds, bbq area and pool. Our condo itself was clean and comfortable, and in a quiet part of the building. The location of the complex is wonderful, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The beach is a short distance, with a life guard on site during the day. This is a great family spot, but is also great for a couples getaway. We look forward to returning someday soon.

We went in Sept 2010, and loved it so much, we returned in Nov. We cannot wait to go again. The property is clean, well maintained and outfitted with every ammenity you can think of. walk across the street to the beach, walk to shopping and restaurants, sit on the lanai or by the pool, it's all right there. the photos are accurate, but do not do the place justice. Thank you for opening your home to us~~~

Thank-you Joe and Teresa for allowing us to share in the use of your Condo these past two years and the upcoming third year. Your condo is just like the pictures and more in many ways with the quietness of being away from the elevator to reflect the noise at night the decor of the unite To the short walk to the beach and the pools and the view from the condo.The short walk to Moose bar and many shops and the easy accesses to the highway.Beach is so wild with the huge waves people must try body surfing as we did for the first time.This is why we keep returning these past years and would recomend this unite.

My wife and I rented this property for a two week stay. It was a perfect location, super clean and effecient, and awesome view. Our friends stayed at another unit in the same building, and it was no where near as nice. For the price, you just can't beat this property. The owners were great to work with, everything done timely and professionally. Our favorite place to eat was Alexanders Fish House. Super cheap and super good. Maui Tacos is also a great place for a reasonable meal. I wouldn't bother going to Hana...it's way too far and it's over rated. However the drive is pretty. Snorkeling is great just about anywhere you can see rocks Highly recommend Maui and especially this unit if you're looking for a nice place at a reasonable price.

Thank you Joe and Teresa for sharing your condo with me...it was sooo much fun and especially nice as other family in Bldg.D, so was able to visit back and forth. Wow, Ocean view ..what can I say..watched whales early morn and then late aft..loved the Hawaiian Horn Blowing call to evening dinner. that was always cool. Great location, we caught the bus only a block away for a buck, takes you to Waielea shops an down to Lahaina. what a break, don't need a car ! Ocean was so beautiful..and sunny and one warning: BE CAREFUL of WAVES! . we'll be back..thanks again..Betty, Washington State
