This house was a wonderful place to stay on Kauai. It is located right on the beach front with and beautiful beach for swimming or snorkeling. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities that you need. Lots of kitchen supplies. Beach toys, etc. We loved our stay here. The house does not have air conditioning but is ventilated well and has ceiling fans plus portable fans. It is well maintained and very clean. We loved the place. The only drawback is that it is more expensive than a lot of beautiful condos and house up on the cliffs of Princeville, but if you want the beach and this location which I did then it is a great place to stay.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We loved this house and the island of Kauai. The house it's right on the beach and has a beautiful manicured lawn that's perfect for sun bathing. Anini beach is the perfect place for the beginning swimmer or kids. The waves break on the reef so the water is always calm. Even when there were 20-35 feet waves we could still swim close to shore. Anini beach has amazing views. The Kilauea lighthouse can be easily spotted. We walked on the beach every morning and it was breathe taking. We even got to see a sea turtle and a monk seal that were sunbathing right behind the house on the beach. The house is in the prime location. There are tones of activities close by and good restaurants. We recommend the kilauea fish market. We loved the place do much that we are look into going back at the end of the year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented this house for a week for 6 people and it was perfect. Loved the house, loved the yard, loved the location. Several people stopped on the beach and asked us how we found it, etc. They were jealous!! The owner is very responsive and was very helpful. I would totally rent this again if I'm back in Kauai.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
