  LOVE THE PLACE, WONDERFUL AMENITIES FOR MY TEEN AND YOUNGER CHILDREN. tHE WATERPARK WAS SPLENDID. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND THE PLACE WAS SQUEAKY CLEAN. THE PEOPLE WERE FAMILY FRIENDLY AND DOWN TO EARTH. THE SECURITY WAS SUPERB, THEY WERE CONSTANTLY CHECKING FOR ANY PROBLEMS AND ASSISTED US WHEN NEEDED. THE BEACH WAS LIKE OMG SO BEAUTIFUL. THE UNIT AND THE OWNERS MADE IT EVERYTHING EASY-PEASY. THINKING ABOUT COMING BACK FOR A MONTH IN SUMMER. MR.&MRS. GARCIA

  We stayed at this property during the month of January. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and this is where we will stay again when we return to the Fort Walton Beach area. This property has all the amenities: several pools, lazy river, hot tubs, barbecue grills, a fitness center, easy access to the beach and ocean, covered parking, and game rooms. It is convieniently located between Fort Walton Beach and Destin, close to the county visitor and convention centers, and many restaurants and water activites. Also, the Waterscape staff was very friendly and helpful, the grounds were meticulously maintained, and security was visibly present. The unit was well-maintained, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. The appliances were new, the living room and bedrooms were equipped with TVs and DVD players, and the bathrooms were extremely spacious, with a “sit down” ledge in the showers. We especially enjoyed the Wi-Fi, as the signal was strong everywhere in the unit and we could watch streaming video on our computers without any stalls for “loading” issues. The unit was also on the same level as the pool area (eliminating the need to use steps or the elevator), and only a 10 second walk to the complex trash chute. All in all, the unit and property were delightful vacation destinations. We highly recommend you consider staying there during your Fort Walton/Destin vacation!

  We had a wonderful vacation & enjoyed this spacious, nicely decorated, & clean condo. Our 4 daughters had fun in the various pools, & it was very convenient staying right on the beach! The weather was perfect at the end of April. Because there were many Weber gas grills located around the pool area, we grilled out frequently. Our girls swam with dolphins nearby which was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend this unit & staying in Fort Walton Beach. Thanks Pat & Ron....hope to be back next year. :)

• Spacious and Spa-ish!

  If you're looking for that perfect place to stay during your dream vacation, you need look no further! We found this condo a few years ago which is tastefully decorated with a mixture of "oceanside" and "spa". The master bedroom hosts a king size bed which is the most comfortable I've ever slept in. And "Girls" if you can pack it, the bathrooms are so spacious they can definitely stack it. We know that it is absolutely essential to have the space to spread out our stuff! The bathrooms allow you to easily prepare for the day's adventure or wind down and relax after a fun-filled day in the sun. You can also relax out on the balcony where there is a beautiful view of the ocean with its almost blinding white sands. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to use your culinary skills or you can grill out by one of the three pools while the kids swim. There are so many excellent and fun places to eat out - from catching a bite to eat while walking on the nearby boardwalk, at a bar atmosphere while a band plays Jimmy Buffet songs, or, my favorite, the red fish caught by my husband and son on a fishing expedition and prepared "blackened" at a local restaurant per our request. We have stayed at this unit three times and each time has been increasingly eventful and funfilled- from flying a kite on the beach, catching the waves and body surfing, parasailing, and jet skiing all leading up to our latest and most awesome adventure. You definitely have to do this! We rented a pontoon boat and went to Crab Island which is a structure in the water where you can buy drinks and food. It is a favorite spot for boaters to gather and is so much fun as you can wade in the water with your drinks and meet other people and just have a blast in general. It's one big party-plan on staying there at least half of the day. The evenings are filled with public concerts, fireworks, bands at the pools, hunting ghostcrabs on the beach with flash lights and, naturally, romance is always in the air. Of course no trip is perfect. About half way home my son was dismayed to realize he had left (of all things!) his laptop in the condo. The desk called him and quickly and efficiently made arrangements for it to reach our house upon our arrival home. THANK YOU! On the same note, the owner of this unit is very friendly, helpful and quick to assist you to make your stay comfortable and memorable. It's winter in Cleve. Can't wait to go back. GO-SOAK UP THE SUN & BE REJUVENATED!!

  Our family loves Waterscape and looks forward to our annual trip. We've stayed at Waterscape the past three years and enjoy all the amenities it has to offer. We've rented the same condo each time and it's awesome. The condo is extremely clean and the owner is very accomodating. Waterscape has a great family environment and appeals to all ages. We love spending time at the pools and hot tubs, floating in the lazy river and having lunch at the cabana. Can't wait for our next trip!

  We stayed March 15-21 and we loved it the resort was beautiful and the weather was great. I would recommend this resort and condo to familys with children. I will be returning this summer and would love to go back as often as I can. I would recommend this to family and friends. Thanks Ron I loved your condo.
