These towers are located in the best location on the beach, adjacent to Panama City Pier and the expanding Pier Park shopping and dining complex with a new 16 plex movie theater ,and target store . 2 LARGE HEATED POOLS
Our unit includes three bedrooms and two baths, the master suite has a king-size bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and a balcony to view the gorgeous sunsets and the sounds of the waves. The second bedroom has a King size bed, TV and door leading to hall bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV and DVD provided as well. The living room with designer furnishings, big screen TV, and private balcony.
Our condominium is complete with a full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, etc., laundry room (with full-size washer and dryer), and tile floors a wet bar, nine foot ceilings, and TV in two bedrooms and living room... Everything you would expect of a luxury condominium.

Our unit is on the ninth floor. The walk-over to the free parking facilities is air conditioned with no traffic to worry about. The Calypso has much to offer some of which are two onsite pools each 175 feet in length and heated seasonally, and over 500 feet of beautiful beach to sun on.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
A $200 deposit will hold the condominium and revert to a security deposit when you arrive.30 day out cancellation.

Photo's do not do this condo justice. Was concerned about the sofa and one chair being enough to "sprawl" for our party of four. They have added a beautiful new couch, 2 chairs and 2 ottomans--plenty of seating. The condo was clean and well appointed-had everything you need. Beautiful views-saw dolphins the first day, right at Pier Park (easy to walk to) and no waiting on elevators. We only experienced one problem and that's when we arrived. The code we were given to enter parking garage was incorrect. We drove across street to condo entrance and the security guard was most pleasant and helpful. He knew Felicia well and said this is a typical problem lol. They change codes monthly and she fails to "keep Up." (also we had tried to call the number we were given to get in touch with Felicia and only got a recording). No problems though, he had the new code. We were satisfied with the booking service we received, it was prompt and Katie was very friendly. We will book again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

My wife and I took one month to plan our PCB vaction, we looked at many, many condos in PCB and other locations and stopped on this one, and so glad we did. The condo is just as described. It was very clean, and well kept. The cable, TV's, wifi, and appliciances all worked well. The condo is directly on the beach and has awesome views of the beach and of the sunset! The room comes with beach service, so you can go lay on the beach all day, if you like. In addition, the pools were very nice, and very well maintained. If we go back to PCB we will come back here!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.
