Come and enjoy our newer modern upper-level two bedroom + loft condominium at beautiful Alii Cove! Located on Alii Drive, and across the street from Honl's beach, this unit is a short five-minute walk to downtown Kona. Prior guests agree this unit is in the top 5% as far as quality goes throughout Alii Cove!
Tastefully decorated in a Hawaiiana style, this unit has beautiful berber carpet, a California King Polynesian sleigh bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the guest room, and fold-out twin size futons and pillows in the loft to use for relaxing, or sleeping.
Each room provides an open, airy feel. Granite top counters and fully equipped kitchen provide a nice dining and entertaining experience. Well lit, and nice ocean breezes throughout entire condominium. A beautiful lanai extends off the living room and master bedroom, and affords beautiful ocean views.
This upper-level unit has a beautiful view of each sunrise and sunset (as well as the whales!). A short stroll to the pool, jacuzzi, and weight-room, and across the street from the beach.

Year Purchased: 2006
We are the original owners of this beautiful condo, and feel blessed to have enjoyed it off and on for the last 4 years. We have maintained the unit in excellent condition, and enjoy all the positive feedback we get from our guests who have stayed here.
We live on the Big Island, and enjoy lots of outdoor activities such as kayaking, coffee-picking, outrigger canoe racing, and mountain biking.
Why the Owner Chose Alii Cove
We chose to purchase at Alii Cove because of it's beautiful location to the beach, as well as all the activities that downtown Kona has to offer. We also liked the fact that it was brand new, and is in a gated community, which affords more privacy and safety. The grounds are well-cared for, and the property management ensures that the overall atmosphere within the entire complex is pleasant for everyone. The pool and jacuzzi area are beautiful, and it is easy to enjoy a lot of time here leisurely reading a book while the sun sets, or enjoying the peacefulness of the sound of the ocean across the street from the complex.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the fact that our unit is situated toward the top of the complex- providing not only spectacular ocean views from nearly every room (including the lanai), but also pleasant tradewinds throughout.
We also love that it's within walking distance to the pool, jacuzzi, and weight room; but far away enough that you'll never be disturbed by loud people at the pool.
The unit is tastefully decorated, and has everything you need to enjoy a vacation, without being cluttered in any way.
