You can put the canoe in the water only steps from your back deck. You will be visited daily by bald eagles and regularily by deer. Sparrows nest in our cloths line and all is so close to amenties afforded by the marina (cafe and convenience store) and the Dundee resort ( fine restaurants, spa, pools and of course GOLF).
