'Holiday Retreat'
The ideal holiday retreat, Villa Selim is set in its own extensive gardens with stunning views overlooking both sides of the Peninsula. To the left of the Peninsula is the Greek island of Meis. On the right are the range of mountains which provide the spectacular backdrop to Kas. The villa has its own private swimming pool, which is gated from the rest of the garden, to provide that extra security and peace of mind for any guests with young children. Upstairs the en-suite master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and large terrace. 2nd double room with fitted wardrobes and a shared balcony with the 3rd bedroom, which has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Air-conditioned throughout. The main bathroom has a shower and jacuzi bath. Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower and wc, also a 4th twin bedroom. The fully fitted kitchen opens out onto the living area and is equipped with all the essential gadgets. The terrace provides a perfect place for family to gather for alfresco meals.
The considerable space ensures for guests to escape in peace and quite, making it ideal for famillies, friends travelling together, and those simply wishing to relax in comfort to enjoy those stunning views.Needless to say, every room in the villa takes full advantege of sea and mountain scenery. At different times of the day the quality of the light on the water and the hills can be breathtaking and the variety of colours incredible. Steep road leads to the shared swimming platforms-only 150 mt away, where guests can relax in shade of the rocks, or swim in the Aquamarine waters of the peninsula lagoon. The atractive harbour town kas is a five-munite drive away by car or ten-munite drive by local dolmus services.Alternatively, if you prefer not to drive taxis are easily called.

myself and my wife stayed at villa Selim Sept 2011 for 2 weeks. (Previous year we stayed at tefviks other villa, Villa Soveda.) Villa selim is far far better due to its position overlooking the lagoon and the med. Very peaceful and quiet, which we wanted, and very very private. Our 5th year in Turkey ( 3 on the trot in Kas), and this is definetly our favourite Villa / location. we will certainly be back again and again.Thank you Tevfik for being very helpfull as always...Did you find this review helpful? WOW, WOW & WOW - a wonderful villa far enough away from town to be utterly peaceful but close enough to enjoy all that Kas has to offer - wonderful foods, warm, friendly people the views from every room and the patio were breathtaking. Tevfic, the owner was so helpful from the point of booking the villa, booking transport to and from the airport, to providing a really lovely welcome pack which included local foods and wine- he visited regularly to see we were ok and happy with everything. Villa Selim has everything you might need to make your stay very special ,view of both side of the peninsula,beautiful garden and different terraces,privacy- as ours was. Kas is a beautiful place and so far not overly affected by tourism. We spent time fishing (not a nibble!) and snorkelling and we have already recommended Villa Selim to anyone who will listen including family who are going to book for next years.
