This sixth floor unit, with a spectacular full Gulf view, is located on world-famous Crescent Beach with its unique 99% quartz, sugar fine sand judged the "world's finest and whitest." The sand reflects the sun's rays so it is always cool to walk on, even in mid-summer. The beach descends ever so gradually to provide carefree enjoyable wading and swimming.

Awaken to a spectacular Gulf view and begin your day with an early morning walk along our beautiful beach, perhaps stopping to hunt for shells. Breakfast on the lanai overlooking the Gulf and catch a glimpse of dolphins frolicking in the blue green water.

Fill your day with numerous activities including golfing at one of the many championship courses in close proximity; or, perhaps just relax and let the balmy sea breeze, shimmering water, and soft white sand transport you to your own personal paradise.

End your day in this tropical paradise by watching the sun slowly disappear on the horizon and experience the colorful afterglow of a coral and turquoise sky, followed by a moonlit stroll on the beach. Each new day presents an ever-changing canvas of sea and sky.

Our condo is beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The living room has a new sofa and loveseat, two reading lamps, and 32" cable TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two night tables with reading lamps, a triple dresser/mirror, a chair, and cable TV. The second bedroom has twin beds, built-in book shelves and cable TV.
