On the second level we have 2 bedrooms one bedroom have a 2 queen beds and the other bedroom have 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. A/C in all the apartment , celing fans,flat tv with cable,wireless internet,hair dryer.Fabulous garden and patio area with BBQ and shower.With all the comforts and tropical beach settings.

The owners were personable and accommodating with a great concierge guidebook that included spot-on advice on the neighborhood and the area. The apartment pictures were an accurate reflection of a charming, clean place right on the beach on a quiet street with all the necessities (good towels, bedding, water pressure, blender, porch furniture). Wonderful restaurants, music, grocery et al within walking distance. We will definitely go back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My girlfriends and I rented this place for my bacholorette week long getaway. The condo fits 6 girls comfortably and we appreciated the two bathrooms when getting ready. It is steps from the beach and in a friendly neighborhood. There are a few places to eat and have drinks walking distance. We walked a few times to the local supermarket. I would recommend renting a car if you plan to see more of the island besides Old San Juan and Condado. Avis is about a 15 minute walk. Tessi met us at the condo with a smile on her face and showed us everything we needed. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place to anyone. We hope to be back soon!
