This wonderful villa can be rented only to bigger groups who will rent the whole villa (because of privacy reason). The villa is located in the hills with a panoramic view of the valley of Pistoia and Florence, distance approx. 10 minutes from Pistoia and only 30 minutes from the centre of Florence by car.

The villa is surrounded by a big garden, parking for cars, and then the lovely swimming pool (12x6m). Inside the main building is divided in single apartments, barbecue available.

The main building has an entry which is an big livingroom with sofas and TV. On the first floor are two apartments with one double bedroom each while on the second floor is a larger apartment with two double bedrooms. Each apartment has its own kitchen-dining-livingroom, bathrooms as much as bedrooms.
An additional and indipendent apartment has its own entry from the outside and is located on the ground floor, one double bedroom, kitchen-diningroom and bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning available only for the large apartment which is located under the roof. A wonderful landscape with olive trees and vineyars is ideal for walks and bike riding. Ideal for relax, very ood food in the excellent restaurants in the Montalbano hills. You can partecipate at our tour in a famous Winery Estate and see wine cellars of the 15th century, possibility also to buy very good DOC and DOCG wine as well as extra vergin olive oil.

Opportunity to play golf in the Golf Club near Prato.

The villa is closed to the city Pistoia, a medioval town with wonderful squares and churches. You can also visit our villages around Carmignano.

Artimino, a little medieval village near Carmignano (three miles) with the imposing structure of the Medici Villa and Poggio a Caiano (three miles) with another villa built by the Medici Family offers supermarkets, shops, and weekly clothing market. Vinci (birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci) is about 15 miles. From here by car you can go to Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, or even the seaside in less than one hour.
