Nicely furnished and cozy two bedroom with a loft Lake House in a quiet cove. Deep water, large enough to water ski with a smooth, flat path to the double-decker boat dock. This dock provides a magnificent view across the big water of Lake Hartwell. Sip coffee from the covered porch equipped with ceiling fans and a large gas grill for barbecuing. If you prefer, invite your friends or family onto the dock for a cookout. The dock is equipped with a second gas grill. For entertaining inside, the dining room overlooks the lake and features a long beautiful table that will seat 12 comfortably.
A public boat ramp is right around the cove. A large canoe is available on the property for your convenience. The dock also provides a covered slip for a boat. The property is convenient to Harbor Light Marina for boat rental. 300 yards of lake frontage. Enjoy the big water lake view from the dock or on our oversized deck (16 by 32 foot). Deep cove perfect for swimming, fishing, and water-skiing.
The lake house at Retriever Pointe sleeps seven-nine people. King bed in the Master with beautiful views of the lake. Full bed in the second bedroom. Two full beds and a single bed in the loft. Three extra foam mattresses provided for your convenience if you need extra sleeping space.
