Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$1150/weekly: Friday 4 PM to Friday 10 AM; seven (7) nights
$500/wknd/$600/hldy: Friday 4 PM to Monday 10 AM; three (3) night minimum
$500/mid-week special: Monday 4 PM to Friday 10 AM; four(4) night maximum
$175/additional night.
Rates include cleaning fee and San Luis Obispo county bed tax.
Rental provides exclusive use of private boat slip.
Deposit: $250 Reimbursable after inspection.
Cancellation within two weeks of scheduled arrival forfeits $250 deposit.

Have stayed here 2X and loved it! Very relaxing. House is well equiped with just about everything! Kids had a great time. Quiet neighbors, beautiful at night watching all the stars. Thank you Pete we will be back next summer!

Our family spend a wonderful week at this home beggining of August, it was our first experience staying at a home rental and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The owner, was great to work with and having a slip at the marina was a big plus! The house is on a quiet cul da sac by the mountains. It has a small view of the lake and plenty of wild life to see. Our children really enjoyed the deer. The house was very comfortable and the price was very reasonable! We have highly recommended this vacation home to our family and friends. We had a very nice time there and are looking forward to spending more vacations there. Thank you Pete. Keith, Vivian and Family.

Our family has visited this home 3 times in the last 8 years, and have very good memories from our stay there. The owners are great to work with, having a slip at the marina is a super plus, a small view of the water and the mountains around is nice. There are no loud neighboors, plenty of deer and birds, and every thing in the house works well. The price is right! We would strongly recomended to our family and friends.
