Charming one bedroom carriage house on a private estate. Located in the heart of some of the best hiking, cycling and biking land in this country. 15 minutes to Point Reyes - 45 minutes to San Francisco and 30 minutes to the Pacific Ocean. This is the mecca of organic gourmet, that includes wonderful restaurants and farmer's markets.
The town of Nicasio is home of the Rancho Nicasio, a historic saloon, famed for drawing in great bands. Van Morrison started his national tour here this past spring for the lucky few who dined and danced to his performance.
This picturesque setting set up a seasonal creek and nestled between the private pool and the tennis court. The one bedroom cottage has a queen bed with down bedding. The sitting room has a twin trundle bed that sleeps an additional two people - perferably children. We have a separate room to store bikes. The carriage house has a small but workable complete kitchen, bathroom with shower, porch, DVD player and phone.
The location is private - located approximately 200 feet from the main residence of this gentleman’s family farm.
