Our unit has an incredible view, is just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and is perfect for a romantic getaway, a small family vacation or a longer escape from the snow. This stretch of beach is practically private with no public access in immediate vicinity, and it has some of the best fishing and surfing in all of Brevard County.
You will love the laid-back atmosphere and the proximity to all the amenities located within 1 mile of our unit such as Publix grocery store, Walgreens, Movie Theater, video store and surf shops.

Dec-Feb $700/week .. $2100/month (High Season). March $800/week $2200/month
Apr-Aug $600/week .. $1600/month (Mid Season).
Sep-Nov $500/week .. $1300/month (Low Season).
One week minimum stay includes utilities, cable TV, and local phone calls.
Refundable Security Deposit ($200/weekly rentals and $500/monthly rentals)
are required along with 11% Local and State Tax and $65 Non-refundable Cleaning
Fee. Rates subject to change, especially during special events & holidays.
