  This condo is wonderful and reasonably priced. We are in our last full night as we are leaving early on Saturday morning, and we are wishing we could stay longer. First let me say that if anyone gives this place any negative review, they have to be nit-picking. The condo is clean, clean, and did I say clean! This alone gives it a big lead over other places I have stayed in Florida. Second, the condo is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture, bed and everything you could want. Every time I thought I should have brought something from home, I would look and it would be there. We actually cooked dinner for our friends who are local to the area, and had all utensils we needed to cook the dinner. Third, you step out your door and you are looking at the Atlantic ocean, and have a great seat on the deck of the pool to watch the sunrise or to sit after dark and listen to the waves of the ocean! Finally, I had several condo owners that I made contact with to rent a condo this week and Barry was the best, quick response to emails, efficient processing of the contract, and has his condo setup as advertised. One more thing, I work from home and I was planning on working some days during my stay here and needed secure WIFI that was fast enough to get the job done. Barry confirmed he had it, while others tried to sell me on "using a neighbors open connection". He does have fast/secure WIFI for any of you who may need to check in with work or deal with private data that needs secure protected WIFI. I could not be happier with our stay, and I would recommend this condo for anyone looking for a clean/safe place to stay in the Space Coast area of Florida!

  I stayed at the rental during the winter months. It feels like home. The owner came by and addressed anything I needed done ( minor things) So dealing with Barry was so easy. The area is outstanding with grocery, drug store,restaurants, movie theater, Lowe's , Starbucks and churches nearby. The unit faces south/north so you can see the ocean from the living room as well as the bedroom. Conveniently located across the aisle from the laundry room and elevator as well as in the middle of 3 stairway exits on the second floor. Furniture is cute and decorated nicely. Fully renovated kitchen and bath has all the amenities you will need. The unit has no balcony but the outside walkway and large picture window gives you access to the views and weather. There is some noise from the 4 lane AIA but at night it is quiet and you can hear the ocean even with the windows closed. Master is a large room with a nice sized closet. Great room has full dining room as well as bar stools for the center island. Very nice experience. Got "sand in my shoes" so I am going back!!

  Our recent stay at your condo was good, although the weather was not very cooperative. We arrived during a tropical-like storm on Friday and left on Monday with it still raining. We didn't even get to walk on the beach during our stay or go to the pool. It was windy and raining the entire stay. While the furnishing were lovely, the bed was saggy and really needs to be replaced. The only other complaint was the bathroom window and tile around the window. The window should be either reploaced or tiled in as it and the surrounding tile had a lot of mold and mildew. Other than these two complaints your condo was great and the place was stocked with everything needed except candles in case of a power failure. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your condo.

  Owner response: We're happy to hear that you enjoyed most of your stay and we're really sorry you experienced terrible weather, somethings are out of our control. We discount our rates in the fall which coincides w/ hurricane season and from time time a storm directly affects us. Please let me know if you would like to come back and remind me about your weather problems and we'd be happy to offer a discount to you . The fall is our quiet time of year and we spend a lot of time over at the beach addressing maintenance issues while enjoying the beach. We have contacted our HOA about replacing that window many times and have to wait until they decide to redo the entire complex. In the meantime, our maid is constantly at war w/ that window sill and the mildew buildup. I asked her to pay special attention to that area since she does a terrific job as most of our guests comment on how clean our condo is. We have a ton of repeat customers and I've never had a complaint about our bed before. After discussing this w/ my wife, we are going to buy a new bed since we'd never want any guest to experience a restless night sleep. The candle issue will be taken under advisement but I think we're going to put battery powered lanterns since the liability of an open fire inside the condo makes us a bit uncomfortable.   We had the pleasure to stay here for a couple days and must say that it was an excellent location. 2 minutes from a Publix and other shopping for our needs. A great huge grill for our food. Cleaning station if you plan to go fishing and very quiet. We felt as if we were the only ones there. Wifi in the room for those who can't vacation without checking stuff online, huge fridge for all our beer and the sounds of the ocean to sleep to. If you are looking for a place to stay on the east coast, then consider this place. Host was really easy to deal with and will be back again some time in the future.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities.

  Our family of four stayed at this property over 4th of July weekend, and had a great time. BJ was helpful in accommodating our requests. The condo is beautiful, and a big improvement over staying in a hotel. Although not directly ocean facing, the windows allow for a nice, clear view of the Atlantic. We spent our time swimming, walking on the beach, barbecuing burgers, driving around and just relaxing in the room. The location also has restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this property for families or couples.

  We've stayed here many times and always enjoy it!! It's generally very quiet around there and I always feel safe. Barry is great to deal with and always friendly and helpful. The condo is close to fast food places, a grocery store, walgreens, a movie theater, and plenty other businesses. It's a great place for an ocean side get away!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.
