  This was our first stay in this condo. We will definately come back next year. The owners have this unit set up perfectly for our needs. They were always available by phone if we had questions. The kitchen had everything you can imagine. The bathrooms are clean. Furniture and beds were very comfortable.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  The condo was beautiful, very well kept. So nice to be on the first floor. The owner Joyce was a real pleasure to work with. We will defiantly stay again (lLord willing). Great family vacation!!!

  Wonderful place, wonderful owners. Plan on staying here again. The location of the Commodore condo and the room are both great. Very short walk to the beach.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This was the most wonderful vacation spot. I have never stayed on the ground level before because most open right up into the pool. However, this condo has a wonderful grassy spot in front of it that made me feel like we had a yard off of our patio. I think for small children there are no worries for the pool because of the high gate around it and the sliding doors of the condo are not able to be opened by small children. Our grandfather sat on the patio everyday with no worries of stairs and enjoyed the view. The kitchen was better equipped than mine at home! If you haven't stayed within walking distance of St Andrews park you are missing out on a beautiful stretch of sand dunes and solitude. Truly a wonderful trip!

  Loved the first floor location made trips to the pool and beach managable. Landscaping around the pool gave additional privacy. Had an awesome large capacity washer & dryer that made it easy to keep clothes clean in a single load. Also had all the little things that make your stay more enjoyable like a hair dryer, crockpot and high-quality blender. Owner Joyce was very nice to work with in settling reservations, payments, and check-in. Convenient location by St. Andrews park allowed for pleasant morning jogs without traffic. On-site security requested guests to be quiet at 10pm which enabled a pleasant evening listening to the ocean.

  I've always been reluctant to rent a first floor condo and never have until now. Boy was I ever wrong!!!!!!! This was the best vacation I've ever had and this condo being on the first floor was a big part of us having a great time. The condo was excellent and being on ithe first floor made it even better. Just steps to the pool or beach and it was great not having to wait on the elevators. it was also nice to unload and load the car right in front of condo and not have to find a cart and go up and down the evelator. The owners were awesome to work with. The condo and complex was very nice. Security was enforced. Hot tub was a big plus for by bad back. The Commodore is in the best location in PCB. Close enough to everything but not to close. I will come back and stay here again.

  This place is wonderful..beautiful on the inside and out! The owner is a lovely person and very accommodating to whatever we have needed. This was our second girls/mothers day trip there...and we will be back!!

  Family Spring Break Vacation...Will come back and stay, owners were awesome to work with. The condo and complex was very great. Security was enforced. Hot tub was a "hot spot" and was taking over by the kids, mine included :) Loved the key pad, the first floor, and patio close to the pool. Only issue we had was the condo above us decided to do renovations that week and we were often woke up by renovation noise. Great week, great condo, and great beach!

  I rented this condo for the month of February 2012 on behalf of my parents, who just concluded their first-ever winter Florida vacation. The unit was comfortable, clean and neat, well-maintained, nicely decorated, and convenient to everything. My folks loved it and didn't want to come home! If there's a drawback, it is a minor one: the living room looks out to the pool area and the fence surround, which impedes a view of the Gulf. On the plus side, access to the pool is direct and takes about ten steps. The furniture is comfortable and in excellent condition, while the kitchen had just about every tool and appliance a vacationer could ask for. The owner is very nice, caring, and most responsive. We would certainly rent this unit again.

Additional information about rental rates

The Commodore office charges a $20 registration fee upon arrival.

At least one member of your party must be 25 years of age or older.

A refundable security deposit of $200.00 will reserve the condo for you.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Add 11.5% taxes to all rates and cleaning fee of $75.00 for nightly rates. Weekly and monthly rates include the cleaning fee.
