  Arrived in the midst of Hurricane Isaac warnings, had to stay put in hotel for awhile, even with that it was very relaxing. The condo was beautiful and a nicely stocked kitchen, awesome decor. We enjoyed the Spa and the great staff at the Fitness center We took advantage of the dining at the in house restaurants during the storm. We had a very enjoyable experience especially the music at the Rumbar lounge the last night. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. We loved the choice of having two pools and the convenience to drive to South Beach. Winn-Dixie close by Novecento restaurant close by was our favorite Looking forward to a return visit.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

  We just completed our stay at this unit. Overall it was a good experience. But I probably won't stay at this unit again, not because of the unit or owner - but because the "residence" aspect didn't make us feel like a true hotel guest and we missed many of the Ritz services - e.g., daily housekeeping, turn down service, etc. Pros: Good price compared to rack rates. Unit was clean and fully stocked with linens, dishes, pool toys, etc. Huge closet. Had a nice view of the bay (in the far distance). The reserved parking spot in the garage below the hotel was a plus. Even though it was next to elevators, noise was not a factor. Having a kitchen was nice for leftovers and quick breakfast in a.m. Cons: Sofa bed pullout was small (barely fit my child; would not fit an adult) and probably needs replaced (seemed worn). Washer/dryer combo unit was small (size of college room fridge) and took forever to dry clothes (maybe needs a service call?). Owner was non-responsive in communications from time to time and didn't follow through with allowing for an extra day of stay when unit was not being used. These are my opinions, hope they help.

  Owner response: Wow..Sore sport ..Couch bed is a queen( a queen is a queen) and have had numerous adult couples including my wife and I use it so this review of the $6000 Dileto sleeper sofa is truly misleading... Also had 1 communication when renter asked to stay extra and I prorated the rate and he said he wanted to stay longer in unit for free!!! I am not aware of hotels and other condo owners who allow guests to stay longer at no extra charge..I am sure Walmart and Publix also let you leave the store with goods for free !!!! Other parts of review are acurate...

  Excellent property, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the vacation. The property was furnished to a very high specification and we are looking forward to visiting key biscayne and renting the property again.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
