This totally renovated three bedroom, sixth row home is located at Baynard Cove in the historic Sea Pines Plantation. The home was totally renovated in May through June of 2006 and has never been on the rental market until now. All furnishings and appliances are brand new. The home is designer decorated throughout and has sleeping space for 8 persons. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in each of the guest bedrooms. There are also two single rollaway beds available for use. Two of the three bedrooms have Televisions. The bedrooms are carpeted.
There is stone flooring throughout the living areas and the Carolina Room and Living Room are beautifully appointed. There is a 42 inch plasma TV in the living room. The kitchen is state of the art featuring granite counters and all new appliances. There is seating for 6 in the adjacent dining area.
The large fenced in back yard has an oversized pool and decking with lounges, table and chairs and gas grill. There is also a fabulous Tiki Hut for your private use. The back gate opens onto the beach path and the ocean is a leisurely 5 minute walk, I have timed it. The beach is private, uncrowded and one of the best in Hilton Head.
Since the house is new on the rental market, we are discounting our rates for 2007. Our rates also include all fees except sales tax pool heat. We do require an additional refundable damage deposit. We just spent the week in Hilton Head and loved this house. The walk to the beach is an easy 5 minutes, and the house has everthing that you need. Plus, it's in a good location for easy drives to area restaurants, stores, etc. This was my 1st time at Hilton Head and will probably rent the same house when we go back. The pool and tiki hut were fun to use when we came-in from the beach. My family and I loved our time here.....you will too. Big kitchen, nice bedrooms, good washer/dryer gave us eveything we needed for our week stay. The bike/walking trails are right outside the fenced in area.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
