Why the Owner Chose Middle River Terrace
The location of the condo couldn't be better. We're on the first floor in a corner unit, with the primo parking spot. We have a great view out the LR window of the pool and Middle River. We're one block from the Galleria Mall; 7 blocks from the beach and within a few minutes walk to great restaurants, a movie theatre, etc. In fact, our last trip in February 2009 we skipped the car – borrowed bikes from friends and purchase pack bags at Target. Had a great time and walked off most of the great food we consumed at nearby restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our complex is very quiet and we've decorated the condo with all the amenities we have at home. My husband is a great cook, so we have a gourmet-style kitchen with excellent pots and pans, knives, special utensils, wine rack, etc. And we have wi-fi as I still have to be connected to my office while I'm in FL.

We live in Kansas City and love to travel. We purchased our first vacation rental property in Sam Miguel de Allende, Mexico in 1998; then a second one in 2001. We have good friends who introduced us to Fort Lauderdale in the late 90s. In 2006 we decided it was time to have our own vacation place in FL and found this terrific little condo on the Middle River. We're still working but do so love our February time here, particularly since we miss the cold and snow of Kansas City.
