Decorated in tropical style, you can enjoy grilling your dinner around the large pool while you are surrounded by the quaint atmoshpere of this well maintained small condo complex, only two stories with 18 units.
Our beach has shower to rinse off the sand, covered picnic area with barbecue pits and bathroom facility all right there at ocean side.
You will be asking for this unit year after year.

My fiance and I stayed here for 3 nights in July and had a wonderful time. We are VRBO owners in San Diego and decided to try VRBO in Florida for our vacation. It turned out to be a great choice! The apartment we rented at Floranada was wonderful with a newly remodeled bathroom and comfortable king size bed. The location is great, just a short walk to a great beach. Alan, the manager, was very nice and helpful and showed us around the complex. We can definitively recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing place in Pompano Beach!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

My family and I called to schedule a stay here during the week of june 9th, 2011. I spoke with the owner and advised her that we had six people in our group and she said that there was a king size bed, a pull out sofa and a love seat. I told her that we should be able to make that work as far as sleeping arrangments. She advised me to call the manager and make payment with him. I did so. After arriving at the condo, It was smaller than what was described to me but we were more than willing to make it work. Approx. 2 hrs after unpacking and getting settled in, the manager came to our door and advised us that we would have to leave because we had six people and the place only sleeps 4. I made him aware that the owner knew how many people we had in our group and was the one that told me to call and arrange the stay with the manager. Needlless to say, we had to spend the next 2 hours finding a new place to stay at a cost of 700.00 more. That was 700.00 that we had planned on spending elsewhere during our trip. This limited us extremely as to what we could do for the rest of our vacation. I confronted both manager and owner and did not get a straight answer. They seemed very dishonest about things as they were speaking to us. We had to go to them 3 days later and request our money back that they had said they would return to us and had not yet done. Very disappointed with their dishonesty. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Owner response:Hi, This is the Owner of the Condo speaking. I was told by the guest that there were 4-adults and a small child, which is the maximum that the unit can hold - but 6 people showed up and even more in the pool. Since this is an intimate garden setting with a nicely furnished 1-bedroom (king size bed) and a pull-out couch, to accommodate the 3rd & -4th person, we could not allow more guests in the unit for safety rules, etc. We are extremely apologetic for the inconvenience but would never sell 6-guests into this condo... I stayed for a long weekend in May and I loved this place. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and decorated so beautifully. It is very clean and the bed is so comfortable. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place to be. The beach is clean and not crowded at all. I will be back for sure. Also, Alan, the condo manager is the nicest guy in town.
