ENJOY OUR PLACE IN THE SUN. Beautiful gulf front townhome. Step off the deck and be on the sugar white beach where you can swim in the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Love fishing, then try your luck catching the many varieties available. Watch the sunrise and sunsets from the spacious main deck or private balcony off the master bedroom. Want to enjoy the beach out of the sun, there is a large covered deck on the ground floor with two swings to enjoy and a BBQ grill for the man of the house to show off his culinary skills.
Unit is new on rental program and just completely remodeled. Our home is on the west end of the island away from the noise and high-rises. Open the double french doors of the master bedroom and sleep to the quiet lapping of the Gulf waters.
The guest bedrooms allow a panoramic view of Santa Rosa sound. Each of the bedrooms have a TV if you need a little private time of your own.
If you just wish to get away for a quiet time with your loved one, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, the musical sound of the waves as they lap against the shore while spending quality time with your loved one.
No further info is needed. It is a place that not only can you sit back and enjoy the Gulf and beautiful sunrise's and senset's but you can let your cares behind.
You are 15 miles from the Mall in Ft Walton Beach or 25 miles from Pensacola. Only 5 minutes from Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie or Publix shopping centers.
All though the unit is pet friendly, County Ordinance prohibits pets on the beach near the water regardless if they are leashed or not. MAXIMUM 1 LARGE DOG OR 2 SMALL DOGS. NO OTHERS.

This townhome was excellent! Right on the beach and very clean. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is considering renting a quiet, relaxing place. This townhome is not close to the other condo which I liked. This place made me feel like I was at home. I would give this place 5 stars!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I was there the week of July 17th thru 23rd we were impressed far better in person very beautiful. Would love to live there year around if I could. We have been to Navarre for 3 years in a row and this was by far the best condo ever. Everyone in the family fell in love with this place and we all had the best time ever. I recommend this rental you will not be disappointed. Even the person we was in contact with during the process was great too.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our stay was fantastic. The home was better than listed. We found everything we needed plus more. The view was spectacular. My father who is extremely picky, arrived first and called to tell me it was a beautiful place. He was very pleased with everything.
