Come vacation, (or live) in sunny Jupiter, Florida!
Our Villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and two patios providing a beautiful lake view. In the living room there is a pull-out coach. Additionally, we have a pack-n-play to make travel with a baby easier!
There is a large pool, restaurant, tiki bar, and tennis courts within the complex, in great condition, and approximately a 3 minute walk from our villa.
Beach lovers will appreciate the eight minute walk to the beach (Atlantic Ocean).
Shopping centers, restaurants and a movie theater are also within an eight minute walk. Sometimes, we stay at the condo for a full week without using the car!
Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Miami are close by for fun day trips.
We can do weekly or monthly rentals.

Jupiter is a half hour drive from the West Palm Beach airport, making travel convenient.

Why the Owner Chose Jupiter
We chose to buy in the Jupiter Bay complex because my parents have been spending their winters in this area (and staying in this complex) for over 15 years. A big reason we bought was due to Jupiter's proximity to West Palm Beach airport. The half hour ride to the airport is great, especially when travelling with children. Another great option is Fort Lauderdale airport. The east coast of Florida has so much to offer!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It's a great spot for beach lovers and ideal for anyone without a car, or who is just more interested in biking and walking. Our complex is surrounded by a park with an exercise track (the heart trail). Jupiter's Riverwalk along the intercoastal waterway is another beautiful spot in the neighborhood. Three playgrounds are within walking distance.

We've been renting our condo out since we purchased it back in 2006. Some of our renters have come back which we take as a positive sign and really appreciate! We are from the northeast and currently live in New York. Our family comes down to Florida a couple of times a year for vacation and to work on the condo.

Our family stayed a week here and the condo is comfy and very clean and located in a beautiful community. Great for families with kids, mine are 10 & 15. The best thing is that the condo is extremely convenient to the beach, grocery, restaurants, everything. I would definitely recommend staying at this wonderful condo!

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your "little piece of paradise". This was one of the most restful and enjoyable vacations we have had in a long time. The condo is equipped with everything we needed and it is centrally located to the things we wanted to do...the pool, the beach, restaurants. I would recommend the Loggerhead Cafe and don't miss a trip on the Manatee Queen, it is a great experience. The rental process was easy just like our vacation...we hope to return soon!

A note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo. It had everything we needed - from the kitchen to the linens and the extra little touches like the local menus and list of area attractions. Jupiter Bay condo was wonderful-very relaxing and quiet. Location could not have been better. We loved the Logerhead Cafe on the beach-get breakfast and spend the rest of the day at the beach. The grandchildren to stay for a couple of days -everything was "kid friendly" even the pool. Lots to see and do. The owners pleasant to work with - All in all a great vacation at a great condo. The location is perfect for fun on the beach or a variety of sight seeing adventures in case of rainy days. We traveled with 3 adults and 2 kids under 10 and felt very comfortable in a homey kind of way, so we could really relax. The large heated pool was a big bonus as we traveled during Christmas 2010 when it was a bit chilly for the locals - but my kids and husband were in the pool everyday. Every home convenience is available right down to the sand toys for the beach during the day, and CandyLand game we enjoyed as a family at night. The condo and grounds were very clean as well as kid and adult friendly. Many great restaurants abound or we could cook and eat in. The owners are very good at communicating before, during (if needed) and after our stay so we never had to wonder what we had to do next. We much preferred the villa style housing over the hotel like box condos. Wonderful experience all the way around!

I stayed here for 8 days with two other guys and the condo was awesome. The bedroom with the king bed has its own walk in closet and bathroom with spacious shower. The other bedroom had two single beds (one of them as a bit creaky, but some oil should do the trick). The condo was clean when we arrived and the washer and dryer was a big plus! The beach was about a 5-10 minute walk away which was a bonus - it also has a large parking lot so you could drive in less than 2 minutes. If you stay here, request a map of the condo community to know exactly where it is located (we had a bit of difficulty finding our unit at first since there are so many other buildings). The condo would comfortably sleep 5 people, 6 might be a bit tight with 2 people on the pullout couch. Very close to grocery stores, movie theatre, and some shopping. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again in the future.

We enjoyed your condo in late January 2010 and were very pleased choosing this condo over the "box" condos you find in high rise buildings. The condo's location was GREAT! Just out your front door is a beautiful lake and a short walk over a foot bridge you find a restaurant and tiki bar where we had a delicious Sunday buffet dinner. Not far from the resaurant is a multi-court tennis area. East from there is a walking track that we enjoyed for our morning start. There are many places to visit and things to do within a short distance. The condo had everything we needed, two bathrooms, a clothes washer/dryer and the internet connection was excellent. We WILL consider returning in another winter. ;-))))
