The Village at Bear Trap Dunes (BTD) is a wonderful vacation destination community located near the quite resort town of Bethany Beach.
Our first floor villa is located across the street from the communities newest pool (seasonal). The Pavillion located at the front entrance also has an indoor/outdoor pool,hot tub, two saunas, and a fitness center with lifecycle equipment and free weights avaliable year round. The Pavillion also offers water aerobics, festivities for kids and movie/bingo nights.
BTD is a huge golfing community. Bring your clubs for twenty seven holes of championship golf! You may want to practice before hand at the driving range/practice area. This is serious golfing. The club house aka "The DEN" includes Pro shop, locker room, and restaurant is a full service and has a nice bar too. You can sit out back & enjoy an afternoon cocktail outside on patio and let the kids play on the grounds near by. In the Village is also a snack bar (seasonal), wine shop and gourmet Deli.
A few fun things offered at BTD are tennis courts, a basketball court & tot lot. We are conveniently located between Rehoboth/Fenwick and Ocean City Maryland. Enjoy tax free outlet shopping nearby. But don't skip the small town of Ocean View there is alot of excellent shopping there too.
Our three bedroom unit offers 1 king, 1 queen bed, and two sets of bunkbeds with a twin on top and double on bottom. Our master bathroom is huge and offers a shower & bathtub. Covenient for two families wanting to bath little ones after a day on the beach. The master bedroom is large enough for parents to sleep comfortable and still have room to bring your pack-n-play for little ones. We have had families actually put the pack in play in the very large walk-in closet w/door so that that everyone can get much needed rest.

The place was absolutely beautiful, well kept with everything you need. The sheets and towels were provided which is a huge space saver on packing the car. The passes for gym and pools provided another big plus. We will definitely rent again.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
