The small quiet town of Pepin has several restaurants to choose from, public boat launch, public beach, marina, antique shops, boutiques, outdoor shops, playground for the kids, and much more.
This area of the bluffs has a large Bald Eagle concentration from November-March. Take a tour from your car on one of the most scenic drives in the country, Hwy 35 winds along the river bluffs providing breathtaking views year-round, camera and binoculars are a must.
Pepin, Wisconsin is easy to get to, it's only 60 miles south of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Once you get there, you are only a short drive from six fantastic golf courses, three of which offer incredible views of the entire valley from their bluff top locations. The area also offers excellent fishing (walleye, perch, bass and more), hunting, snowmobiling, birding (eagles, osprey, warblers, and much more), skiing, shopping and antiquing.
This Townhome is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, walkout, 1.5 car detached garage. It has 1400 square feet of luxury living space, granite counter tops and window sills everywhere, hardwood floors and luxury carpet through out, central air and heat, well stocked kitchen with every utensil we could think of.
The dining room table is expandable to seat six, and there are three stools at the kitchen counter, the living room has two leather couches, electric fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD, AM/FM/CD player, the sunroom has a leather chair with ottoman and a full size futon, the patio has a glass table, six padded chairs, and a BBQ grill.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV/DVD, plenty of dresser and drawer space, a walk in closet, large master bath with a two person jetted tub w/heater, and a separate shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and is connected to the main bathroom, separate laundry room with washer, dryer and sink.
All of the linens are provided as well, all you need to bring is a tooth brush, some clothes, and your on vacation!
