We are just next door to the new outdoor ice skating rink (during winter) and miniature golf course (during summer). Just pay to rent your skates or bring your own!
We invite you to stay in our "Gold" rated air-conditioned, deluxe condominium located in the heart of the charming pedestrian River Run Village. Whether you want a quiet, romantic getaway or are out for a fun-filled family time, Buffalo Lodge is the place to stay.
The owners in Buffalo Lodge believe in providing the highest level of guest experience. We have recently installed a new 10 person hot tub with a snow melt system around both hot tubs. A gar barbeque has also been added to the patio area for guest use. New tile has been laid in the lobby and elevator area and new carpet is expected to be laid this fall.
We offer HDTV service in the living room with multiple HBO channels on a 42" LCD flat screen TV equipped with DVD player. Also, a wall mounted LCD flat screen TV in bedroom with built in DVD player. We have a comfy sectional couch including a queen-size sleeper with an extra long (about 6.5') mattress that is 7" deep. Try it, you'll like it! We did! We also offer both wireless and DSL high speed internet access in our unit free of charge!
We know you will like coming home to our warm and cozy condominium after spending the day in the Colorado Rocky Mountain great outdoors. Our home has the ambiance of a mountain home with a western-style decor and all the amenities you may need and maybe more.
The lodge shares the same rustic mountain atmosphere. Walk outside the lodge and you will find yourself in the middle of the River Run Village featuring great restaurants, nightlife, and quaint shops connected by wooden walkways. A bonfire lights the Village Center where you will find skiers relaxing by the warm fire, friends visiting, or children roasting marshmallows. Winter 2011 the miniature golf course will be replaced with free ice skating for guests (just pay for skates if you don't have your own) outside Buffalo Lodge. Ice skate during the winter and play miniature golf during the summer.
Keystone Resort is one of the top ranking resorts in the nation as a Four-Season Resort and River Run Village is its focal point! The Village Center is the location of many festivals during the year.
In the summer, there are festivals such as the Wine and Jazz Festival, the Bluegrass and Beer Festival, and the Blue Ribbon Bacon Tour to name a few.
In the fall, you will view colorful aspen from our private balcony. For the mountain bikers in the summer and the skiers/snowboarders in the winter you are just a hop, skip and a jump away from the gondola.
The Snake River runs through the Village not only enhancing the beautiful natural setting surrounding the Village, but also creating a fishermen's paradise. Miniature golf is right out your front door or you can enjoy two world-class golf courses just down the road.
The Village includes bike rental shops for biking enthusiasts. You can bike the Summit, ride the gondola to the top of Keystone and ride the trails down, or leisurely ride the bike paths that travel between the Village and along Lake Dillon to Frisco and Breckenridge, or bike all the way to Vail.
The nice thing about River Run Village is that there is always something for everyone in the family to do, whether it is winter, spring, summer, or fall. Just make sure you stay long enough to enjoy it all!
For your enjoyment, we have provided games to play and a variety of movies to watch while visiting our home. This is our most favorite place to go and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do.

After bringing our children to Keystone to learn to ski and having had such wonderful experiences, we decided to purchase our condo in the heart of Keystone to continue the family tradition with our grandchildren. Keystone and River Run offer something to do for the entire family all year round.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our air conditioned unit includes a 42" flat screen tv in the living room and a 26" flat screen tv in the bedroom. Buffalo Lodge and our condo have been furnished to give you the ambiance of a mountain retreat. We offer a host of games and movies for the entire family. Just outside the Buffalo Lodge courtyard is the pedestrian walkways of River Run which lead to a multitude of shops, restaurants and the plaza that hosts the many summer and winter festivals. The new high speed gondola is just a short walk through the village.

We have lived in northern Colorado since 1967. This is our mountain retreat from the mad, mad world because it is a relaxing and tranquil environment. We have owned and operated our own business for 30+ years. We have 6 kids and 3 wonderful grandchildren. We have coached youth baseball and soccer teams. We have two dogs, Marley and Kimo, who have never seen in the inside of our condo because it is a pet-free building which we wholeheartedly endorse!

We came to Keystone with my husband. He had to attend a Foster Parent conference. I truly appreciate the opportunity to use your condo. It felt so much like home that I heard myself saying my room, my kitchen etc. Everything was beautiful. Thanks. 12 1/2 yr old daughter: I had alot of fun. Our family loved this place! We enjoyed the games and movies in the drawer and the kitchen was very well supplied! And all the decorations made the place feel very homy! The couch was so comfy accompanied by the huge tv and the tv had awesome channels! Compared to other condos this place is AMAZING!!!! LOVED IT!!! 5 star rating! Spectacular!
