We invite you to stay in our "Gold" rated air-conditioned, deluxe condominium located in the heart of the charming pedestrian River Run Village. Whether you want a quiet, romantic getaway or are out for a fun-filled family time, Buffalo Lodge is the place to stay.
NEW STUFF: We now offer digital tv service in the living room with multiple HBO channels on a new 42" LCD flat screen TV equipped with VCR and DVD player. Also, a new wall mounted LCD flat screen TV in bedroom with built in DVD player. We have a NEW sectional couch including a queen-size sleeper with an extra long (about 6.5') mattress that is 7" deep. Try it, you'll like it! We did! You'll find new lamps in the living room and a new comfy bedspread in the bedroom. Fresh paint throughout the unit adds the finishing touch. We also offer both wireless and DSL high speed internet access in our unit free of charge!
We know you will like coming home to our warm and cozy condominium after spending the day in the Colorado Rocky Mountain great outdoors. Our home has the ambiance of a mountain home with a western-style decor and all the amenities you may need and maybe more.
The lodge shares the same rustic mountain atmosphere. Walk outside the lodge and you will find yourself in the middle of the River Run Village featuring great restaurants, nightlife, and quaint shops connected by wooden walkways. A bonfire lights the Village Center where you will find skiers relaxing by the warm fire, friends visiting, or children roasting marshmallows.
Keystone Resort is one of the top ranking resorts in the nation as a Four-Season Resort and River Run Village is its focal point! The Village Center is the location of many festivals during the year.
In the summer, there are festivals such as the Celtic Festival, the Bluegrass and Beer Festival, and the Snake River Bike Challenge to name a few.
In the fall, you will view colorful aspen from our private balcony. For the mountain bikers in the summer and the skiers/snowboarders in the winter you are just a hop, skip and a jump away from the gondola.
The Snake River runs through the Village not only enhancing the beautiful natural setting surrounding the Village, but also creating a fishermen's paradise. Miniature golf is right out your front door or you can enjoy two world-class golf courses just down the road.
The Village includes bike rental shops for biking enthusiasts. You can bike the Summit, ride the gondola to the top of Keystone and ride the trails down, or leisurely ride the bike paths that travel between the Village and along Lake Dillon to Frisco and Breckenridge, or bike all the way to Vail.
The nice thing about River Run Village is that there is always something for everyone in the family to do, whether it is winter, spring, summer, or fall. Just make sure you stay long enough to enjoy it all!
For your enjoyment, we have provided games to play and a variety of movies to watch while visiting our home. This is our most favorite place to go and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do.
