VRBO is easy, reliable and convenient. We booked through them this small/cozy 1BR at the far end of the River Run Village closest to the parking lots but still in the heart of the Village walks. The unit was spotless in everyway. Unit has a nice size bathroom (modern, clean and updated), BR with Queen comfortable bed, small prep kitchen, dishwasher, small talbe and an "L" shaped couch that has a reasonably comfortable pullout, best for a light weight adult or child. Gas fireplace and a nice flatscreen along with a back side view and deck round out the unit. This unit can accomodate 4 max. The condo building has a common area with pool tables and large screen TV/couches, two outdoor jacuzzi tubs (one was inoperable the entire stay) and shared use of the adjacent Dakota Lodge pool and jacuzzi facilities which we used. All are spotless clean and nice after a long day of skiing. There is a management company on site that is your contact should there be anything wrong and there wasn't. Extra humidifiers (needed for me) were provided no problem, again a great service group here. The unit is around 175-200 yards to the River Run Gondola. Not ski in/out but they have these courtesy carts throughout you can borrow and put your equipment in and change up closer to the gondola, very convenient. The village has some restaurants, shops, breakfast and lunch places. Vail owns it expect outlandish prices. Mountain food is almost laughable in price, but good service and quality of food good. Village favorites during our week were Kickapoo Tavern (comfort food) at reasonable higher end prices - dinner for three with a burger beer or two, main entree, sald and tip is $100. Luigi's pasta House is OK and coffee shop INXPOT serves up great quality coffee at Starbuck's prices and OK breakfasts for outlandish prices. Best to use the in house kitchen for a few supplemental meals, snacks and beverages, libation or whatever. All in all, I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a spotless, clean and affordable place right in the middle of Keystone. We skied A-Basin and Copper as well during our trip and it is ultra convenient in and out of the underground garage. Service was fantastic and the owners are two of the nicest people you will communicate with. GO HERE IN THIS UNIT FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

This was a nice condo with all the amenities we needed for our family of 4! Very convenient to the slopes and River Run Village. The only we missed was having the swimming pool attached to the condo itself - we had to walk outside around another condo to get to the "common" swimming pool that was shared with the Dakota condos. We will be back - thanks again!

We chose this property because it was close to the slopes and had everything we needed and more. It made are vacation very relaxing even after driving a thousand miles. Very friendly staff.

Very nice and clean unit. Short walk to River Run shops and Restaurants. Great heated parking, and NO stairs to go up after skiing all day, great elevator service. . . . BUT this is the most noise I have ever herd in any condo I have ever stayed in any where!!!. If it is not the people clomping through the halls (Walls can not have any insulation, must be paper thin) you hear some type of heating pump running starting and stoping (Is loud enough to wake you up!) out side. If that is not enough the bus stop is right out the window, with the windows closed you hear every bus. OK enough about the noise, the view is also a disappointment, if you like to look at cars, but no view of village or Ski Runs , just buses and cars... you get the picture. All and all I would stay here again, but I would pack some very good ear plugs!

We came to Keystone with my husband. He had to attend a Foster Parent conference. I truly appreciate the opportunity to use your condo. It felt so much like home that I heard myself saying my room, my kitchen etc. Everything was beautiful. Thanks. 12 1/2 yr old daughter: I had alot of fun. I really liked staying in the resort and I liked the mini putt putt. It was awesome being here. Hope to visit again. --Copied from Guestbook--

Beautiful place! We're only in it for one night though. We love the fire place and balcony. Also the fleece comforter! :) You should expand and get a hot tub. --Copied from Guestbook--

Thank you for providing such a beautiful weekend getaway! This was our first time skiing/boarding at Keystone and your condo definitely made it a great first experience. We appreciated all the kitchen utensils and appliances and used plenty of them to make a delectable steak dinner. Thanks again and Happy Holidays! --Copied from Guestbook--

We joined our son and his wife for a memorable 31st bday celebration. My husband and I haven't skied in over 20 yrs. It was hilarious to see the two generations "mesh" on the slopes. If we didn't love Kansas so much, we would be trying to become your neighbors. You have a wonderful place. If you're ever in Kansas, you have a place to stay. --Copied from Guestbook--

Thank you so much for opening your wonderful condo up to us for my 31st birthday. The convenience of locations was unbelieveable. We got some good snow and I got the pleasure of watching my dad ski for the first time in 23 yrs. The memories are irreplaceable. Thx Again! --Copied from Guestbook--

Welcome to our guestbook. We hope that you will not only read the comments from guests, but if you stay with us please write comments in our guestbook in the condo or on this page for everyone to read. Whenever anyone has made a suggestion, we have implemented it. We've had a few recommendations from guests that range from requesting scissors or pizza cutters (which we went out and purchased immediately upon our next visit) to a fan over the dining room table (we now have a window air conditioner). We love hearing how your stay was in our condo and the surrounding area!

Your condo is beautiful and well stocked. The A/C unit is the ultimate bragging right for my husband. It has been marvelous on these hot days.
