Our condo is especially furnished with beds, and furniture for comfort because my husband and I have arthrithis and back problems so everthing is for total back and body comfort.
Enjoy a yummy king size bed with a memory foam topper with the ocean breezes.The living room now has a $3000 tempur-pedic mattress and a movable trundle bed also. Sleeps two in complete comfort.Looks like a comfortable couch with Tommy Bahama Pillows during the day and fabulous beds at night next to the ocean crashing at night. We have a screen that makes the condo into a two bedroom if two couples want to share the condo. Enjoy fans in every room, even the bathroom. The Sea Village Condominiums are conveniently located only about 1 mile to the quaint town of Kailua-Kona. Enjoy a short walk to a sandy beach on the way to town or continue on for dining and shopping. Our complex,in addition to the gorgeous views from the Oceanfront pool, has a great shared hot tub with "hard jets" and a wonderful BBQ area in the tropical garden overlooking the ocean view sunsets.We also have a great Tennis Court. Golf is nearby at the Kona Country Club which has both an Ocean Course and a Fabulous Mountain Course, biking along the Ocean on Alii Drive, great Farmers Markets.Also, New roads make Ke Kaha State Park available in 20 minutes with long, sandy, walking beaches and gentle waters for swimming and snorkeling,picnic tables complete with bathrooms and showers.
Of course Magic Sands Beach and Kahaluu Beach are only minutes away from our Condo. Kahaluu is renowned for it's beautiful and abundant varieties of fish and look out for Turtles below your feet as you get in to snorkel.

About the owner: Enjoy Island life and live near by the sea. Absolutely unobstructed ocean front on the top floor.We tried every condo on the Kona Coast and found that our condo has the best view, with the nicest amenities, closest to the ocean at the lowest prices. We do not have street traffic or noice above us. We DON'T look over a pool, or BQ area or through a tiny peak as the rest of the condos we saw. We have fabulous beds and comfortable furniture and very nice decorations.
