The view says it all, GORGEOUS!!! Ground floor patio opens onto the pool area which has two pools (one is heated) and a hot tub just steps away from your private patio. The boardwalk leads to the white sands and crystal blue green Gulf of Mexico. Walking distance to Gulfarium, Fishing Pier, restaurants, beach shops and more. Walk on the beach or sidewalk...no car needed. This is a no hassel, conveniently located condo.

The living room is roomy and cozy with a spectacular view of the ocean and pool area. It houses a 52" LCD wide-screen TV with VCR/DVD player for you to watch while you are resting inside-very fun to watch a sporting event or a really good movie.

The condo has a king size bed, two queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Each room comes with a LCD TV and the bunk bed room has a Play Station II for the kiddos. It has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to make your meals. Also a laundry room with washer & dryer. Beach service for chairs and umbrellas is available-you would need to see the attendant on the beach for this service.

The location of our condo is so convenient and easily accessed. It is just minutes to drive to a grocery store or gas station. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops on the beach or on the bay side.

Parking is convenient too...just steps away from the condo. Summer Place is such a great location and has terrific views WE LOVE IT!!!

    ***NEW OWNERS & NEW DECOR*** We are so excited to have our condo on the Gulf of Mexico...it is a dream come true!!! We have vacationed at Summer Place for the last 6 years and just love the breath taking views and dolphin watching right from the condo. We purchased the condo in October (previously Bailey's on the Beach) and have recently redecorated the condo to put the "Foster Touch" on it. We hope you enjoy the changes and come visit our condo. We vacationed with another couple and two small children - being so close to everything was great!! And the first floor access to the condo really worked out well. We had immediate access to both the pool and the beach without worrying about stairs or waiting for an elevator.   • Everything was perfect. Pool area is a couple of steps away, beach is just on the other side of the pool, and the inside of the condo was great. I would recommend Bailey's on the Beach to anyone.

  • My family really enjoyed the days we spent at Baileys On The Beach.The Condo was great with 1st floor patio and the few feet to pools and hot tub.It is the best Condo on the Island with easy excess to Beach. We will be back on ower next stay on the Beach. Summer Place with smaller number of units makes it less crowded on the Beach.

  • Bailey's on the Beach was the perfect vacation spot for my son, my best friend, and me. I was in need of that "Calgon Take Me Away" moment and this filled the bill and beyond. The ground floor level was so convenient. We loved being able to walk off the patio to the heated pool and hot tub, and in just a few more steps have our toes in the luscious sand. Ms. Bailey was a pleasure to work with as we made arrangements for our trip. I would definitely stay there again, and hope to return in the Spring and again next Fall. Cheers! to all.
