Welcome to "Tee-Ki Bay," a new home in the Bayside Resort Community. We have tried to combine our love for the Caribbean, the Ocean at the Quiet Resorts, and golf. We feel that Tee-Ki Bay is perfect for your next family beach vacation or long golf weekend. Located just minutes from the ocean, you'll have access to golf, beaches, watersports, restaurants, the Ocean City Boardwalk, Rehoboth (tax free) Outlet shopping, and more. Bayside is home to Delaware's first Jack Nicholas designed golf course. Bayside has won the Green Award from Coastal Living Magazine and you'll love the arts and crafts style touches the developer has put in throughout the 897 acre community.
The house location is across the street from the 4000 square foot community swimming pool with separate whirlpool (with splash zone and tot park), fitness facility, and tennis courts and is just off the 17th green.
This house is well decorated but comfortable. As you enter the house into the foyer, there is a bedroom and separate bath just off to your left. This room is perfect for someone who might need a little extra space and privacy. Up the stairs is the living area. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. Have coffee and breakfast on the deck overlooking the tennis courts. There is a "great room" that has dining for 8, a comfortable sitting area to watch the 32" television, with DVD/VCR, or mix up drinks at the Tiki Bar. Bring your iPod and plug in to the stereo to hear all your favorite tunes. Watch DVDs from the video library or grab a paperback from the shelf and sit back to read. There is a queen pull out sofa if you need extra space. Also, the gas fireplace adds ambiance for fall and winter beach weekends. There is plenty of natural lighting and pretty views. Three bedrooms are on the third floor, including a master bedroom and bath, a kid's room with bunk beds, and another bedroom with a queen bed. Three bedrooms have a TV and DVD player. Bring your laptop so you can enjoy the free wireless internet.
Between the pool, tennis, and golf at Bayside you might not want to leave. You could hike 1 mile to the sandy beach on Assowoman Bay or you could take the free shuttle to the ocean. The shuttle stop is just outside the house.
Whether you're here with the family for a week or some friends for a golf weekend, "Tee-Ki Bay" will provide a vacation filled with memories. We hope you will join us there.

We had a great vacation in your Bayside home. The house had everythign we needed and the beds are great!! The staff at the resort is very friendly as well. The kids loved the pool, basketball and tennis courts and the 4th of July party was really nice as well. We did a lot of bike riding with our children and went to the beach a few times. We hope to visit again!! Thank you for your hospitality and all of your help.

We loved your beautiful home!! Everything was wonderful, everything we needed was there. The beds were like clouds!! The resort is wonderful, the pool is beautiful and it was close enough to the beach for us to go every day if we would have wanted to but we always ended up back at the pool! The kids loved the pool! Great family oriented atmosphere!!! Thank you!!!
