This deluxe, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is part of the new Sunrise Condominiums Complex in the best location of Tamarindo. The condominium is within steps of beautiful Tamarindo Beach, Costa Rica's most notable surfing destination.
Tamarindo is located on the Northwest Pacific coast of Costa Rica in the Guanacaste Province. Major airline service is available to nearby Liberia Airport (only 45 minutes by car) and to San Jose Airport (about a four-hour drive or a 50-minute commuter airline flight to Tamarindo Airport). The Tamarindo Airport is only a five-minute drive from our condominium.
Our unit is located on the first floor, so there is easy access to the pool and beach. The powdery sand beach, which extends about two miles, is directly across the street. The beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, and hanging out.
The complex is gated with 24-hour security. It has a limited ocean view. The condo is over 1500 square feet. It has 9 foot ceilings. Spanish tile is used throughout the unit. Our condominium is decorated professionally and furnished with high-end local furniture. All amenities are first rate. Our kitchen is fully-equipped with granite countertops and GE appliances (including a washer, dryer, ceiling fans and central air-conditioning). The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a shower. In the other two bedrooms, one has a queen-sized bed and the other has twin beds. (The twin beds can be moved together to form one large bed.) The patio is an ideal place for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
If work must be done during your holiday, bring your laptop and connect wirelessly to the high-speed internet service while enjoying the warm pacific breeze (in unit laptop safe ensures security). Or, if bringing your computer is a hassle, you can always walk to the entrance of the complex and utilize the local internet café.
Within steps from the condominium, there is a small convenience store, a wide choice of fabulous restaurants, bars, a great French bakery (worth waking up early to go buy a baguette fresh out of the oven), tropical juice bar, ATMs, and a wide range of boutiques, gift shops, surf shops, and numerous agencies which can arrange everything from a day of sport fishing, zip-lining, or hiking to turtle viewings.
Check in and check out is simple, because the property management firm is on site. Housecleaning comes twice per week, and for an extra fee we can arrange to have them come more frequently. Laundry can also be done if requested (for a fee).
