We stayed at this house with our 2 teenage kids for 9 days and thoroughly enjoyed it! Plenty of room in the house and a great location. Although the pool was quite chilly (unheated) it was fine for the kids and they were in it every day. It was nice to return to a home after a day of exploring and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio in the evening. The managers were very friendly and available to answer any questions we had since they live next door. We rented a car and explored the island but there are stores (food, souveniers, clothes...), restaurants and a beach within walking distance. Recommendations: Big Beach, Road to Hana, Makena beach and volcanic area, Maui Taco, Sunrise & mountain bike down Mt. Haleakaka, Captain Woody for a private charter to Honalua Bay for snorkeling. We will definitely be back!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is a fantastic rental. Kihei is a great location on Maui. there was lots in walking distance from this location (beach, shopping), plus the rest of the island is easily accessible (by car) from this location. the house was impeccable and very comfortable and had everything you could think of and more. Everything was working but if I had a question the local property managers were easy to reach and very friendly. overall a great place to stay for a large group or a group with small children ( there were 9 of us including 2 kids under 4).

Recommended for:Families with young children.

5 Star!! We were planning a family vacation & did not want to have separate hotel rooms. We found this rental online & it really helped to make this a great vacation. We were able to cook most dinners & breakfasts at the house & went out to eat for lunch, since we were usually out & about. the home was roomy & comfortable. The best part was playing games in the evening in the family room. The people associated with this rental were very helpful. I would recommend this to any family that wants to have a great vacation Becky

Our family had an amazing time on Maui. The house was perfect for the 9 of us. Very clean, open and kid friendly. Kelly the property manager was superb & very helpful! Our favorite restaurant was Coconuts-the best fish tacos!! Sushi at safeway is out of this world. The kids all went surfing & the snorkeling was to die for. The house location is perfect to everything. Visitors must drive to Hana & have Aunt Sandy Banana bread & they must go snorkeling at turtle town! We can't wait to return someday!!!

We had the opportunity to stay at this home last year. Our family loved it. One of the poeple in our group could not get down to the beach, but having the pool was a wonderful feature for her. Although the kids loved the ocean, they really enjoyed spending time with their grandma at the pool. We had 5 adults and 3 children in our group and found the home to be comfortable for all of us. We could not have found this level of comfort in a hotel. The home was near a grocery store and close to the beach. Our family was able to have a wonderful family vacation while staying here! We would definitly stay here again!
