The Seasons is perfect for large groups or multiple families. With sleeping capacity for 16 and 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. You even have a single car heated garage to store all your ski gear as well as keep the frost off the car! The Seasons was built in 2002, and is one of the newest properties in Keystone. Everything is furnished with brand new furniture and gives The Seasons a true mountain feel.
The upper level deck features incredible mountain view right above the tall spruce trees that surround the property. The sound of the Snake River right over the embankment is a pleasant feature as well. A spectacular view of fireworks right from the deck occurs on major holidays such as July 4th and New Year's Eve. If you are up for a quiet night inside, sit next to the cozy gas log fireplace and play your favorite movie with full surround sound on a 42-inch LCD wide-screen TV. The owners work and live in Lafayette, LA and have gone overboard with furnishings and features to ensure the best stay possible for their guests.
Living Room - Breathtaking vaulted ceilings and central gas log fireplace with stunning rock mantle. Features a 42-inch LCD flat-screen TV with DVD player and full home theater surround sound. Bar height dining table seats eight with additional seating in the living room. Leather sofa and chairs, not to mention the awesome view right out all of the windows.
Kitchen - Full-sized fridge, range, oven, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots and pans and dishes for 16 people. Featuring high-end GE profile appliances throughout.
Master Bedroom One - Located on the main floor above the garage. Queen bed and full bath featuring double sinks. Thirty-two-inch LCD TV located in the room along with humidifier for your comfort in the dry mountain climate.
Bunk Room One - Located on the main floor right across from the full bathroom. Features two full bunk beds along with two pull out single mattresses to sleep a total of six people. Also features a 24-inch LCD flat-screen TV with DVD player/VCR combination. Lots of closet space and a humidifier for your comfort in the dry mountain climate.
Master Bedroom One - Located upstairs from the main living area and the two other bedrooms. Features a Queen-sized bed, 24-inch LCD flat screen TV with DVD player/VCR combination. Humidifier also supplied in this room along with all others. Bathroom is located right across the hallway.
Bunk Room One - Dual bunk beds along with trundle beds underneath to sleep a totals of six people comfortably. Attached bathroom feature double sinks and full size bathtub. Sliding glass door yields a zero-clearance balcony to let in fresh air and the sound of the Snake River right below. Incredible mountain view from this room that give you a "tree house" feel.
Garage - Single car garage for ski gear storage and keeping all the ice and snow off your car. Lots of extra space for storage here.
Upper level deck - Features and incredible view of the Snake River just over the embankment and Keystone Lake very close by. Just into the distance, the continental divide can be seen.
Property Description:
The Seasons is a condominium complex situated right on the banks of the Snake River and only a two-minute walk across a foot bridge to Keystone Lake. Nestled among mature spruce trees, The Seasons is one of the most beautiful properties in Keystone.
While being a quiet mountain getaway, it is a mere one-fourth-mile walk to The Keystone Conference Center and Keystone Lake are literally just a couple minutes away by foot along a well lighted trail through the tall trees, where you can find activities such as ice skating, paddle boats, bike trails, playgrounds, restaurants, shops, and much, much more. The bike path is across the Snake River which leads down the scenic valley to the Keystone golf courses, Lake Dillon and eventually to Frisco and Breckenridge. A unique common area features two hot tubs and a fire pit with wood supplied, and is only a few steps away from every property at The Seasons. Towels are included for the hot tubs and steam room.
Keystone Lake - Just a couple minutes of walking on a well-lit pathway and over a walking bridge you will find paddle boats, ice skating, shops, restaurants, and much more.
Snake River - Right over the embankment. You can even hear the Snake River while sitting on the patio. Next to the river is the bike path that leads both up and down the valley to Lake Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge.
Keystone Conference Center - Less than one-third of a mile from the Keystone Conference Center. Just a quick walk over the bridge and around the lake. There is even a tunnel under US Hwy 6 so you do not have to cross the road! Less than a five-minute walk.
Shuttle Stop - Literally about 25 feet from the front door. Take the FREE shuttle anywhere in Keystone. The ride to the ski lifts is less than five minutes. No walking in ski boots!
Outdoor Hot Tubs - The common area is about 75 feet away from the front door. Two large outdoor hot tubs, locker rooms, sauna, and a large Barbecue fire pit with supplied fire wood. Have a campfire right here! Towels are also supplied for all guests.
Plenty of parking - Unassigned parking and plenty of it. If you have more than one car, no problem. Park one car in the single car heated garage and the rest of the cars outside.
