Designer-style small 2-room apartment in the very heart of Le Marais district, at the intersection between rue Rambuteau and rue des Archives.
Very central (5 min walk to Hotel de Ville station), close to the major cultural attractions (5 min walk to Pompidou Center and Picasso Museum, 10 min walk to Notre-Dame).
The East part of rue Rambuteau is very authentic and lively. It is famous for its numerous traditional French food stores, bakeries, butchers, cheese stores, fishmonger, etc. (most of which are open on Sundays !).
The flat is located on the second floor. It is composed of (i) one bedroom with a high-grade mattress convertible sofa bed; (ii) one bathroom with shower; (iii) one separate toilet; and (iv) one sitting room with a fully-equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave. It has lots of light with South exposure.
The flat has been fully renovated and decorated in 2006. It is equipped with wireless internet, CD player and TV with international channels.
The price includes all utilities (water, heating, electricity, wireless access).
Price per week is euros 690 / per night is euros 110
Short-term rental only (3 weeks max)and a minimum of five nights. Please note that the flat is non-smoking.
