An eat-in kitchen, fireplace, attached 2 car garage, brand new washer & dryer, cable TV, gas grill and screen enclosed lanai. Villa is located right on the golf course!!! At the club house is an exercise room, tennis courts & jogging path. There are multiple pools and hot tubs within the community; the nearest being 10 feet across the street from the condo!!! Dining available within our gated community. This is a non-smoking rental.
