Renovated spring 2011.Bright spacious cottage in private location. Center of village, walk to French cafe and the ocean in five minutes. Cottage faces east with a covered veranda. A large back yard is private, fenced and surounded with large trees. . The kitchen is a family room as well; a private patio off the kitchen faces west.
Decor is uncluttered, but charming. A den off of a large living room has an oak dining table, comfortable chairs, bookcases (with books)! The bath is large, with tub, shower, lots of towels, two windows, counter, cupboards, and loads of water. Beds: one queen-size,one king and one double; all with good quality mattresses. Chester Yacht club is a 5 min. walk, Chester Golf club is a 5 min. drive. Chester Lido and beach are less than 10 minute walk.
Cottage has electric heat and a fire place in the living room. All new windows throughout . The back yard is spacious; directly
off the kitchen is a small private patio. The house is set well back from the street with parking for two cars.
Stroll Chesters' three beautiful harbours and shoreline, minutes from the cottage . Enjoy Golf, Tennis. boating ,fine dining, pubs, shops and cafes , all within walking distance.
Winter: Ski at Martock, a 30 minute drive; then return to cozy fireside evenings and a sunroom /family room large kitchen fully equipped.
Catering readily available . Several sources for fresh seafood and
fish close by. Within walking distance are cafes, french bakery, a traditional Pub , seaside indoor/outdoor dining and a fine dining establishment. A weekly market and grocery stores are within the village.
Also within the village are walking, biking trails and rental agencies . A tennis club and 18
hole golf club on the ocean are open to the public.
