The home is located one block from public tennis and basketball courts, downtown Suttons Bay and the Ice Cream Factory, two blocks from the public library (with wireless internet service at all hours), and two blocks from the public beach and marina. Suttons Bay has wonderful antique and clothing shops, fun toy stores, gift shops, and parks. You will be ten minutes from the Leelanau Sands Casino and entertainment stage. In addition you will be a maximum of 30 minutes from Traverse City or from any Leelanau County site such as the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, the wineries, Leland (Fishtown), Northport State Park. Traverse City offers our small 'big town' activities including Old Town Playhouse, TC Opera House, Film Festival, Beach Bums baseball, windsurfing, para sailing, hot air balloons & more shopping. It is 40 mins to Interlochen Arts Academy.

The master bedroom has a hardwood floor with an area rug, a double-size bed, night stand with lamp, dresser, shelves, and one standard-size closet. The second bedroom is newly carpeted, has a twin bed with a twin trundle below. There is a small television on a table and a dresser in this bedroom. The third bedroom has a hardwood floor with an area rug, a night stand, shelves, and one standard-size closet. This bedroom has a futon couch (which folds out easily to a double-size bed) with a twin bed above (bunk-bed style). All bedrooms have an alarm clock. The futon will be made as a couch for your arrival, but linens for this bed may be found in the cupboard on the shelf.

New furnace, ductwork, and central air-conditioning to provide an allergen-free environment. No pets.
