Ocean view and two minute walk (800 feet) to spectacular ocean beach. Three bedroom, three and a half bath, and office/study with a pull-out sofa for additional guests. The house was renovated in 2003.
The house has three levels with approximately 600 square feet per level. The top floor has an open kitchen, dining, and living area with an ocean view and half bath. The second floor has one large bedroom with a queen bed and bath and large attached deck area and one small bedroom with a queen bed and bath.
The lower level has one small bedroom with a queen bed and an office/study with pullout sofa, a full bathroom and laundry room. There is a sliding door to a small deck area and a door to the backyard. The parking area can accommodate three cars.

I was looking for a quiet place to vacation near the Hampton beaches. This house was perfect! Nice ocean views, walking distance to the beach and immaculate and well kept house. Vacationed with family and had one of our most memorable vacation yet. Will definitely do it again!

Great place for a relaxing mtk vacation the house is close to everything and has a great view of the ocean. House has everything the listing says it does and more.

This was our first time staying at this house and it was as advertised: VERY short walk to the beach, great ocean views (and sounds) from the living room and deck, short drive to town, well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and just chill at sunset to the sight of the ocean. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to make meals and our favorite frozen drinks. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this home on three different occassions and have enjoyed it every time! The location is great - you really CAN walk right down to the beach in two minutes! The house is comfortable and well appointed. Our family of 5 (with three teens) fits comfortably, even when my Mom has joined us. While you can't really walk to town, it is an easy drive and the kitchen is certainly large enough and has everything you need to prepare meals at home. I would highly recommend the house for anyone looking for a summer family get-away!

I would definitely recommend this house to a friend looking to rent in Montauk. The top floor living area is very comfortable and the views of the ocean are spectacular. It's well appointed if you want to stay in and cook but we took advantage of the fine restaurants in town which, by the way, is only a short drive. Very quiet neighborhood and the beach is just a short walk down the hill and across Old Montauk Highway. My wife and I would stay here again happily.
