Located 5 minutes to the beach and boardwalk. Ocean City was recently voted one of the best 10 beaches in the U.S. Some of the numerous restaurants located within 2 miles of the house are Watermens, Bogies, Fins, Captains Galley, Crab Alley, Harborside, Carabas and Outback. Close to the Outlet malls, Food Lion, Wal-Mart, Marinas, Blockbuster, Dunster’s, Baja, Miniature golf, laser tag and much more. There are several golf courses near by. There is a large fleet of Charter boats, great Off Shore fishing, bay fishing and crabbing. For the nature lovers there is Assateaque island with beautiful beaches, nature trails, wild ponies, surfing and surf fishing or just relax on the beach and get a tan.

Why the Owner Chose Other Ocean City Properties
There are several reasons I chose this house. I love the view of the bay and the floor plan with the main living area upstairs.The house is close to the beach,stores and great dining yet away from the noise and hustle and bussle.The neighborhood is nice and quiet my neighbors are either full time residents or second homes. I enjoy being able to hop on the boat and be in the prime fishing area in minutes.
